By the way, how are you guys holding your sticks.
[ ABK ]
[ G ]
I just can't get use to this way yet. It's like If my thumb is on G then my my ring finger is on K and that is weired. If my point is on G then My pinky is on K and that Just doesn't feel comfortable. Plus, it makes A and K very difficult for both comfort and accidental B press when I attempt A+K. On a positive side, I can now do Setsuka's AgB easily now.
I'm most comfortable with this pattern
[ B K L1 ]
[ A G ]
This way, L1 becomes whatever I want it to for emergency reasons. I can easily and comfortably hit A+B, A+K, B+K and A+G. The only problem is B+G in which I can map L1 to that if needed. With this way, I never have to deal with my pinky or thumb having to be part of the action.
D Pad also has their advantages and disadvantages as well. I can map it in such a way so that I can consistently do Setsuka's move but without the map and it is like impossible. On big advantage for the pad for me is a big boost in ability to Guard Impact moves. For whaever reason, I suck at it on a stick.
