Geralt from The Witcher
Default Dark Souls Protagonist (named lost soul or forsaken one). This could even be the copycat character.
Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden & Dead or Alive
Sub-Zero with with his Ice sword.
Alucard from Castlevania with mist form as a dodge/parry, Hellfire Projectile, and Power of Wolf as a dash attack.
A Belmont from Castlevania with a whip, throwing knives, and holy water.
Kunimitsu with twin daggers.
Monster Hunter using the gunlance which would be an upgraded version of the lance style in SC3.
I'd also like to see Tekken cameos as secret enemy-only boss fights in single player mode: Kuma, An actual demon using Devil Jin's style, True Ogre, and Azazel (the last two are canonicaly slumbering during Soul Calibur).

Not necessarily. Bandai Namco already owns all the rights to using the One Piece IP for games. If anything, it's a way to use something already at their disposal.
Okubo's recent tweet with both SCVI and One Piece in the shot had me thinking of this guest in SCV...

Even if Gerald is the guest, I'm still expecting a Square Enix guest character. Likely Cloud or Sora, with both FF7 remake and KH3 on the horizon.
