They don't. It usually comes from press releases (same as screenshots), but we still haven't even gotten Siegfried's yet.

The project soul website usually posts smaller versions within a day or two of the trailers.
 
After seeing what they did to Ivy and Sophitia I'm actually surprised Taki's boobs are more moderated.

Those balloons she had in SCIV were too much...

The proportions look great this time around.
On the other side, I've never been a fan of the mask but it makes sense.
I just hope she will have an alt costume without the mask.

That's quite... weird...

I wonder if feedback have something to do with it, i remember in the early days of SC6 everytime the facebook account of Soul Calibur post a screen of Sophtia they got backlash about how Sophitia breasts are way too big than they should.

And it's like Ivy and Taki exchanged their breasts size!!:

Sophie and Ivy are definitely way too big. Sophie because it's out of character for her, and Ivy because it gets to the point where its more funny than attractive.

Taki's size is fine, though. It's actually what a natural human would have.

In a perfect SoulCalibur game, all her masks will be available as customization options. I'm holding out hope for her SC1 mask.

Ivy is mostly there to satisfy the Japanese taste for "ecchi", exaggerately sexualized people who end up funny. In Japan, big breasts are considered funny, not particularly attractive.
