Auto-GI List

Ah, Nightmare's A+B has been forgotten. It GIs all weak attacks, i.e. A, B, K, 2A, etc.

IIRC, a few of Hilde's C2 attacks are considered "weak" and NM can reflect them with A+B. Some of Cervy's auto-stunning moves are also GI'ed by A+B.

Nighty's A+B and GS A+B only technically GIs if struck twice, kinda like Tira's JS B+K. The difference is that even if Nighty is struck once, he still explodes; Tira will only attack if struck again. It's sort of a unique form of aGI for those two only.

I never considered that an aGI move. Maybe I'm being anal about it, but I just thought of it as something unique to Nightmare. I included Tira's JS B+K because it has GI properties after you smack her once.

@A_Bad_Idea: I'll fill Ivy's ish in this weekend. The peeps at her forum have been compiling stuff for me already. Also, I've heard her WS A+B (Assuming that's the christmas tree move) GIs pretty much everything. Thanks, though.

Ah, my bad, didn't consider special lows.
Raphael - 44B also GIs special lows,
Sophitia - A+B also GIs special lows
And about Setsuka's aGI, her A+B gets stronger and stronger the more times she does it in the same match (not round)
First 2 times it connects - she stabs for small damage and stuns, similar to aB (not sure), there are probably good JF followups that I can't do
Second 2 times it connects - she launches, looks like agB
Fifth time or more - rdy? - Free Silver Moon Fury combo.

This thread would be even more useful if someone tested for the active frames for each aGI, and if its an attack aGI how many frames does it take for the aGI to be active.

The move is kinda funny because sometimes it makes the green GI flash, and sometimes it doesn't, at least for me anyways. I believe it's also listed as an aGI in the movelist, so why not add it here?

I didn't know it was listed as an aGI. If so, I guess I can add it. Lol, I've never seen it flash green (At least not in practice mode).

EDIT: I will hopefully, eventually be able to get the frames for all these moves up, but don't expect it any time soon. That area is where I'll really be needing help, people. Of course, don't start on it unless you really know what you're doing, and have a lot of time on your hands.

Apparently a lot more aGIs lose to thrusting mids than I assumed, like Hilde's C3 A. Yay, moar shit for me to test when I have my 360 (Not until friday).

I don't know about the others, but in my tests with Amy it seems her auto-GIs come out in 3 frames (like normal GIs) and are active for 10 frames (normal GIs last 7 frames).

Raphael's 8A+B GI's high, mid, Special mid/special low Horizontal's, The GI window forces you to do the move at advantage(Which with Raphael, he has some gimmicks and tools to make this possible, especially vs the character's you'll USE this move vs's....).

Raphael's 8A+B IS NOT USELESS, It's a short-ranged, anti pitbull tool to force space with character's like Maxi/Talim/Taki/Sophie that just WONT LEAVE YOU ALONE so you can space and poke the shit outta them. If they catch on and start giving you space, you have Raphael's poking tools. If they just stop using horizontals, you can Sidestep and punish all day.

Sieg's B+K aGI's all mid and low horizontal attacks appart from body attacks. Due to the nature of the stance he avoids all high attacks. An interessying note though is that if you time it right you can aGI high hits. Just enter the stance just before the attack hits and it willaGI and put him in SBH so you can follow up with any attack (though not all will be guaranteed). It might also be useful to note the aGI is not infinite, it will go ayway after some time (around 5 seconds) making it safe to hit him with horizontal attacks, though you wont see this happening in a match because thats along time of doing nothing.

If anybody can contribute the exact windows for specific aGIs, then that'd be fantastic. I'm too drunk, lazy, and/or incompetent to do them.

kk, it's updated (And I remembered to put Ivy's stuff in the game). Now keep it coming while I play SF4 plz.
