No it isn't. It's marginally better, if at all. Sophitia and Tira at least have considerably larger breasts than in SCIV.

Tekken 7 had some stuff tied to the first season pass that was immediate but was later offered for free for like a day or two. Yeah, it was the gold/silver alts but still.
The 1Ps in 4 in general across both male and female were terrible. Hilde being an exception. Setsuka and Mitsurugi are the only other designs I didn't find terrible or meh on 1P.
But the “problem”, as it were, is that they rolled the clock backwards, meaning the characters are younger, and yet they kept their physical features the same or enhanced them, when that’s not how that works. Breasts can grow, yes, especially if you have children, but in the time period, it doesn’t make sense that they would still be huge. Way back in December when it was first revealed, that was the initial reaction I had about Sophitia, that it was so wrong that I would, and still probably may, make a hex edited CaS of Sophitia where I do nothing to her but make her breasts the size that they should be.

It's not so much that, it's more of a case that he says the game hasn't changed for the last 6 years but then complains about no tutorial. The reviewer has nothing more than surface level interest in the series, no one should take his reviewing opinions seriously. This is nothing new though with general reviewers, they're not in it for the long game and that's fine if you want that however for us that have invested interest it is far better to look to those that do.Maybe someone should tweet this link to him and ask if overlooked this part of the game.
