Soul Calibur VI: General discussion

I don't want to give false hopes but the fact that Namco are keep asking for feedback make me feel SC6 may get a huge aka "fated retribution" update later down the line. And I'm not talking about just new characters but also one big huge gameplay update, with new moves and even maybe new mechanics.

Recently I've been imagining what a SoulCalibur VI: Arcade Edition / Fated Retribution / Special / whatever might look like.

What I'd like to see most are more stages. Hypothetically, if they added four new stages, every character could finally have a stage that "fit" them:

  • Snow-capped Showdown – Groh / Siegfried
  • Shrine of Eurydice – Sophitia / Cassandra
  • Kunpaetku Temple – Astaroth
  • Sunken Desert Ruins – Zasalamel
  • Master Swordman's Cave – Kilik
  • Indian Port – Maxi / Cervantes
  • Ostrheinsburg Castle – Nightmare/Ivy
  • Windswept Plains – Talim
  • Cursed Moonlit Woods – Tira / Yoshimitsu
  • Astral Chaos – Azwel / Inferno
  • Kaer Morhen - Geralt
  • City Ruins – 2B
  • Money Pit – Voldo
  • Kaminoi Castle – Mitsu / Taki
  • Xiwei Siege Ruins – Xianghua / Mi-Na
  • Dumas Mansion Library – Amy / Raphael

Other than stages, fans would probably most want to see 2P outfits.

And as long as I'm dreaming, I think Lizardman and Edgemaster would be really easy additions to the roster, since Lizardman pretty much just needs a CE, and Edgemaster doesn't technically need any moveset tweaking.

Honestly, as much as I want Hwang and Setsuka in the rumored season 2, I'd be more hype for a "probably-should-have-been-in-the-game-at-launch" type expansion.

Don't kill a bunch of puppies, please. It seems very likely that Hwang and Aeon will be first.

Also, you forgot Mi-na in your stage selection, we still need Seong Dojang! She doesn't have anything to do with China, and the best part of this is it sets up a stage for Hwang and Yun-seong to also utilize.
