LOL I feel silly! I thought this BBCSEX stuff was just gonna be a new character and some new play mode and such. But I'm just learning that a it's a balance patch too! ^.^V
 
Nuts to Bang! I'm more interested in Platinum's changes: *copied from dustloop*

  • 5b - Speed increased, forward movement distance increased. Gap after it increased
  • Magical bomb - can now shoot in 3 directions depending on lever movement
  • Magical nyanko (cat hammer) - minimum range of hitbox has been improved. Ground bounces fairly high on CH. On normal hit, untech time increased but emergency techable when they hit ground
  • Magical picohammer (super version) - Can now follow up after a hit
  • Magical bat - Launches opponent on CH.
  • Excaliborg (powered bat) - Launches opponent on regular hit. Air excaliborg wall bounds, untechable until they hit the ground
  • Cure Dot Typhoon - Better proration. Harder to tech out of even if used late in a combo
  • j.c - Landing recovery removed
  • 2C - Lower hitbox is now wider
  • Throw - Decrease in Platinum's recovery time after a ground throw
  • Magical bat - Causes blowback to corner on ground hit
  • Air Persia - Causes fatal counter, ends facing opponent on a rapid cancel. Now projectile invulnerable during the hop
  • 6A - Slower startup
  • 5C - P1 nerfed
  • Mami Circular - Damage nerf and P1 nerf (5c > mami circular does 1770)
  • 6c - No longer floats otg opponents
If Air Persia is a fatal counter now, does that mean it's a new move and only hits once or can all three hits potentially fatal counter?
 
I know I've been out of the game for a while, but how did Bang drop from top 3 in CS to 2nd worst in the newer version?

Theses character changes are so severe...

They killed his mixup game, nothing combos, his damage is heavily reliant on one move now (6c so he's predictable as shit), wall bounce is all gone and you can't daifunka out of nothin' in addition to a damage nerf :/. And that's just for starters. There's a nerf and then there's taking a lead pipe to a character's knee caps. And they're hitting him AGAIN?!? WHAAAAAT?

I'm honestly not surprised. Look what they did to Rachel. Overreacting seems to be the Arksys way.
 
You guys are too focused on your character changes without looking at the overall balance of the game :( Its alot better than most other fighting games right now, with only tager not really being able to compete at a competitive level.

Anyways BB:CSE is going to be released on disc in Japan on 12/17/2011. It will have all of the DLC characters and Relius along with a bunch of other things added to story mode and online mode. No mention of when it will be released in NA though.

Can anyone here please tell me how to counter Lambda-11's D's? Its so hard to get close when your at a distance from her. I play Tao but its still a bitch to get close even tho you can jump around with D lambda can still hit you pretty much anywere on the stage. :sc4amy1:- I don't understand
