Yeah, I found her pretty quickly after asking the question then firing the game up. I knew who she was, just didn't recognize the name. There's honestly not really a whole lot to her design, though I did discover for the first time that she was indeed an elf, though you pointed it out in your post. I was under the assumption that pretty much all the NPCs from Libra of Soul were humans, except for the obviously malfested, skeleton, or lizardfolk. The more you know!
Either way, here you are:
All they really did here was match the colors to all the armor to the gold on Sophitia's weapon, Aeneas, but the saturation is just a touch higher to give it more gold shine, I suppose. I feel like there was a half-hearted attempt to turn the sleeves for Seong Mi-na's underwear skin-toned, and I could have done a better job at it if I wanted to, but the version that actually is used by Ester herself is more white than it should be, so I left it as-is. Due to the lighting on the stage, I actually thought they did somehow manage to delete the sleeves, but after doing an armor break, the sleeves are definitely there, and more obviously discolored when the armor is broken.
She does have very faint makeup, it's just the default face paint 1 with no changes. And I checked her skin tone on a couple different stages, she's definitely got a little color. Just three notches shy of default skin color, which is paler, but I'd still say decently pale. The snow stage makes her look paler, but under sunlight (desert stage) she has some color showing.

I can, but it's going to be some hours until I'll be able to get back to SoulCalibur VI. So check back tomorrow (or in ~6 hours if you're still awake).

I'm still not quite certain I'm in the right spot for the coloration on the tanner skins of Talim's people, but any further in any direction or saturation I take it off the plane I'm on begins to look unnatural. She's a bit lighter-skinned than Plata, so I took a few shades off it, but it almost doesn't look tan enough, but under other lighting conditions it looks fine, so... I think it's about right. She's got a surprising amount of similarity to Lyla, albeit with a different color palette. I think she turned out alright, myself.

It wouldn't be SoulCalibur if it wasn't cheating somehow. They recolored the tatters on the shoulder armor and you of course can't do that. The brightness does kinda clash with everything else, though it also coordinates with the red on the cape that is how they left it, I guess, so it's not all bad.
And again I'll freely admit that I'm no extra equipment master, but I'm not entirely sure how they placed the horns to get the tips so far away from the head and yet also connected to the helmet. I did my best, spent a good half hour on it, and this is what I've got. Not sure what the deal is with some of the color clashing, and I'd have done this a bit differently if this was my design, but hey, that's not the goal here, I'm just copying what's already there.
Alright, to throw some creativity into this mix, this one was a personal request from @Veral but I thought it came out well enough that I'd go ahead and share it, especially because it's thematically appropriate, here's my best attempt at recreating Johan Dürer's appearance from SoulCalibur IV. Obviously some pieces just don't exist, and the chest armor isn't damaged (and I couldn't even try and emulate it using stickers if I wanted...), but I think the likeness is still pretty good, if not close to spot-on in some aspects. There really aren't that many reference pictures available from SoulCalibur IV, so this is mostly from memory. The fuzzy low-resolution stuff I found wasn't very helpful.

I haven't done Kyam, but it shouldn't be a problem. Same situation as yesterday, though. I'm not able to get on at the moment, but check back tomorrow.

No we didn't, but I made him anyway based on his profile pic in Libra of Soul and his very scant appearance in the CG at the end of Grøh's Soul Chronicle.
Oh, come on, you know I had to make the joke. I could've just said Maxi's Muscle, since Kyam definitely has plenty of that to go around, but he had to get them from somewhere, so why not jacking? He's a pretty simple pirate design, for the most part, but he's got a pretty flashy color palette going on, though I would have given him a necklace or something to accentuate the chest. I dunno. He's got his face dirty doing something or another...
You know, most of these Aval Organization guys and gals look practically identical. I wonder what it is that determines how much you are or aren't allowed to accessorize your uniform. Natalie here has opted for the shiny pants and brown boots combo, with her coat frills being pure white. You'd think they would have different ranks sporting different colored coats or something, but pretty much all of them have the same exact coat in the one color, with only the frills having different colors, but that almost seems more like personal taste more than anything else.
Dion, meanwhile, who spends most of his time skulking the shadows, has chosen the deep crimson colored frills for himself. You don't actually get to see Dion fight, so I based his face and upper body profile based on his speaking avatar from Libra of Soul, and if you squint really hard, you can see him and Natalie in the background of the CG art at the end of Grøh's Soul Chronicle, where you can make out the details of his weapon and lower body. It didn't really look like he had the standard Aval combat boots going on, so I opted to give him Raphael's elegance, seemed about the closest thing to what was pictured, and I had the frills matching his coat. He's pretty samey like Curtis and Orzal before him, and he doesn't even get a sweet hat like Orzal, but I guess he's still got some uniqueness to him in one form or another.

During the story, in his visual novel style artwork and CG art, yes. He’s also got a moustache, his face doesn’t have dirt on it, and his outfit also has a few differences. But the rendition I made for you is accurate to the encounter with him in Libra of Soul.
So, minor updates, I (somewhat) fixed Bolta's underwear situation with Bridal Shorts, which before today I was convinced you could only pattern/recolor the panties, not the bra. The pattern's size on the bra still isn't right (and it can't be lowered any further...), but hey, it's better than it was before:
I also did this a while back, but I never shared it, even though I posted about it... I never actually got back to sharing it, updated Hyle's style to Cassandra. I didn't include all the angles like I usually do, since I didn't actually change anything about Hyle himself, so I'm just showcasing the weapon:
I figured it was about time I made our favorite incest couple brother-sister duo from SoulCalibur V!
Okay, so like 95% of the reason I made Patroklos was so that I could use the Shoulder Kitty prop. That, and I already was planning on making Pyrrha, and it just wouldn't have felt right if I didn't have both of them. I obviously had to make a few concessions here to get things as well as I could, but I feel like it mostly came together quite well. Shoulder Kitty doesn't animate perfectly well like I'd want, but... it's amusing enough I'm not bothered terribly too much. It looks well enough in a lot of the stationary poses at least.
I knew I had to make Pyrrha, but I hated how the only real suitable skirt for the longest time was Sophitia's, which isn't usable by itself, and the upper body part just doesn't really work for Pyrrha's more reserved look. And then, completely unexpectedly, Hilde's undergarments offered a worthy alternative! It's still not perfect, and some liberties had to be taken, of course, but I'm really happy how she turned out! The most annoying thing, of course, is those unrecolorable vertical white stripes on the top. And then there's the cape, though I dunno, I feel like she doesn't look completely awful with it, honestly.
An interesting and surprising synergy happened between Cassandra's gloves and Hilde's undergarments, where, much to my surprise, they didn't conflict, but actually merged together in a pretty amicable way, allowing this loose approximation of Pyrrha to really shine a bit more than it would be able to otherwise. Of course, her left arm has the brown strap that can't be recolored, but... Cassandra's shoulder plate looks pretty great as a substitute for her armband and makes up for the lack of one in her hair ribbon.

Okay, this isn't really why I'm making this post. The main attraction, actually, was none other than Natsu! But one thing led to another, I knew I'd make Pyrrha, so I went ahead and made her first, then Natsu after, then decided I needed Patroklos... so still, I saved the best for last, let's get serious!
Yeah, yeah... she's not perfect either, but I think she came out well enough. I don't love the tassets I had to improvise up, because all the beltwear/tassets that exist cover her front or her back which just isn't acceptable for the silhouette and her appearance. But also because I had to invest the extra equipment into those, I couldn't do anything to try and spruce up her hair beyond Taki's default, the only one that really works for her. Her body suit also ate up all the stickers, so I had to do patterns to try and get the gradient going for her armor pieces. And those weren't ideal choices, either, but considering what we've got to work with, I think she turned out fine. Obviously could be better, but I don't think with what we've got much.
And no, I'm not making Leixia or Xiba. They can be someone else's problem.
