Indeed it is, one premium swimsuit costume for each of the females (12 in total) if you pre-order the collector's edition. Maybe the DOA Angels/Devils will be up for DLC eventually. Would totally suck if it never became DLC.

Who says it won't be there? So far he has conventional military gear, a MGS-ish sneaking suit and casual attire as known costumes in this game.

He has one in the E3 build, actually. It's a wet suit minus the mask and flippers.

I think they wanted to give the impression of Bayman emerging from the depths of the Bay to kick your ass, but without as much of the lulz.

in DOA 4 there were more males than females. by like 2 or 3. seems pretty equal to me. the females are just the mascots so of course they're being shown more.
