DEVASTATION 2010 - SC4, T6, SSF4, Halo 3 and more!

well, thuggish, there will be ample setups at the venue for everyone to play on. also it is an all weekend event and i do live about 15 minutes from the venue so i imagine we'll only be here late night for crashing and then back at the venue. you should totally still come!

Seems to make sense for SC peeps to hang together but there are others that open their doors as well.
 
what are hotels looking like up there? I have a friend claiming he'll have a house there by then, but I'm doubtful. As well I gotta wait to be hired for my new job and that might make this too hard to pull off.
 
unfortunately my place is quite full. however, rob, as you can see this year's attendance is going to absolutely TROUNCE last year's! the lineup is already ridiculously strong. there will be many many entrants. can't we get some of that raised guaranteed pot love?!?! $600 is good...but $2K would be better! since sc4 is not gonna be at evo, devastation is looking to be the biggest calibur event of the western USA all year, and there will be many many more players willing to travel here for it if we can raise the pot.

last year calibur got no love. :(

Not quite sure but I'll look into donating a bill to the pot. Also as I said before, I might be able to help with discounting rooms at the Sheraton Phoenix which looks like it's only 2 blocks away at most from the venue. I can book up to about 4 rooms for about $69/night if anyone is interested. Hope this can help someone.
 
If you want to show some love... we booked a gigaton of rooms at the Hyatt that is 20 feet away from the venue at $79 per night. Walk out from one door and in another...

If we do not fill all the rooms we have to pay for them - we got a great price at $70 for that hotel, tons better than the Sheraton. I would rather you come and stay at the Sheraton than not at all though.

Hey that sounds cool to me. I prefer the Hyatt anyway. What's the latest I can reserve a couple of those rooms? It may take a little while to get the funds together when they put a hold on my debit card.

As far as pre-registering I'll have to do that next month also.
