Easy way to do a:B+K w/o setting button

i found out that yoshimitsus slide input can be done by pressing a:A+B+K, or right trigger with default control setup. i use this tatic with any character i have trouble inputing commands with like yun-seoung with his A+BB repeatetly move, just mash B and A+B+K right after you input A+B.

No offense but this topic wasnt really necessary and ur title is sorta misleading. most pad users will have B+K assigned to their triggers already so in the end, its the same motion and timing. no difference at all. A+B+K is useless for yoshimitsu and ur better off replacing it with B+K.

Ya i dont know a single person who is good that uses standard controls
i use RT=A+K , RB = A+B, LB = B+K
CHANGE YOUR CONTROLS because taunt means nothing Because it does 0 DMG
if you can make it easier on yourself then why not?

all my controls are standard except for R1, which is A+K :S
A+B+K as a trigger works for Yoshi for a few reasons; it'll do the A+B GI in MED and the A+B sword flash in FLE, and now B+K for ear slicer. it can cancel deathcopter into DGF via B+K, and also does a cool but impracticle thing with REF; 4A+B G A+B+K puts him into the A+B poison breath shit, and since you're in REF, it's set up for you to K to do the back hand spring.
for some reason, pressing the A+B+K trigger after doing 3B or 3AB will also set you up for A+B.

Have your index finger on the Square/X button and your middle finger on the Triangle/Y and Circle/B buttons... press your index finger first on the Square/X buttons, then your middle finger on the Triange/Y and Circle/B buttons... enjoy... if your fingers become fucked up, it wasn't my fault! >_> <_<

Is the JF after a 3B or 3AB that everyone does, a:B+K?

If so, how do you guys do that on a ps3 control, without mapping a button to B+K?

I play standard. And i'm good! No need to fix them. Plus my crew gets mad when i change them, so i leave them like that.

I 'd say it's almost impossible to do it without mapping it to a shoulder button. At least with a pad, arcade stick I don't know.

doing it with two hands (one thumb for a other for b+k) isn't as ridiculous as people think once you get used to doing it.
note, zong, that you can use R2's default A+B+K to do it (square:R2). my friend who also uses yoshi is able to do it consistently without mapping or using two hands by sliding his thumb from a to b+k. i've never been able to do it that way, maybe because of small hands? :s

on a stick, i've actually found it easier to do without mapping.
