Cervantes, Yoshi and Natsu teleport. Viola and Zwei summon crap. Make Bayonetta use her katana style and, if you want crazy-ass hair witchery and guns, reserve it for throws and CE.

This sounds like a pretty good idea. Though I think they'd stick to her pistols just because most people are more familiar with her and those, but they could easily tone that down and make shots like they made Ezio's, or unblockables like Cervantes.
Give her a command throw or two where she uses her hair, a few BE's that let her summon her hair monsters, maybe involve Witch Time in her CE and have her go all psycho witch bitch on them.

Bayonetta could work. XD

I recall a certain SC character named Necrid that had attacks that mimiced several different fighting styles. Bayonetta's move-set could just be a mashup of her different styles. AAA could be a katana swipe, a gun burst, and a flick of the ol' whip. As for fitting into the setting, however, she is a hard sell. She's a hair-witch who uses shotguns, katanas and whips after all.

It's doubtful that it will happen, but it's fun to devise how Namco would approach her move-set if they gave it the green light.

I picked up Bayonetta recently and I badly want the titular character in my Soulcalibur. :(

I don't want any more guest characters, they're nothing more than one time only character whose style you never see again in the game. I'd rather they focus on the characters they have instead.

I say devil jin full character as dlc for priority if they decide for dlc guest characters, and as much i like dante, lightning, and ryu, i say after devil jin they should focus on soul calibur characters, save these other choices for sc6

I didn't buy the special collectors edition of this game because Lightning wasn't the guest, if they made her into DLC I would pay whatever they wanted and then go out and buy a collectors edition copy of this game.
