Alright, a few new confirmed L4D2 things.

New Melee Weapons: Crowbar, Guitar

New Special Infected: Jockey, jumps on someone's head and takes over their movement.

Also it looks like they moved the melee weapons to the pistol slot, but you still have the pistols and use them when you're incapped.

Think of the fucking possibilities. Walk somebody into hordes, car alarms, tanks, witches, boomers, and right off the fucking cliff!
 
People who pre-order the game get access to an "American Baseball Bat" that is special to the games normal Baseball Bat. Anyone who has this unlocked however, will unlock it for everyone playing in that game.

and appearently, there will be an achievement for honking the UCI (Uncommon Common Infected) Clown's nose. LOL. This clown also summons hordes in a simular fashion the cut Special Infected, Screamer did.
 
Does the jockey damage you while controlling your movement? Or does it do initial pounce damage like the hunter, and that's it? Or no damage at all?

He looks messed up is all I know, lol.
 
oh man, the boomer and spitter can do alot of damage together... Boom then Spit ... lol

and the Jockey is just lulz... Mad Hax right there !
wtf is up with the nade launcher...? srsly?

They really should give the smoker cloud damage points to the survivors.

is there one more new special infected thats not been annouced yet?
whats this i hear about a Spiker? O_O
 
Jockey does damage over time as he controls you. I read that valve said their will be a forth special "if they have time".
 
what they already have now is pretty damn powerful. Then again, the whole point of the survivors is to survive heavy odds stacked against them.

Worst possible days for me, both are the nights before 8am class lol. Sucks man, I was kind of wanting to play some of that too.
 
We can play again tommorow (since you said you were available wed)
Jokey controlled players starting events would be HILARIOUS.

It will be even funnier when it happens to me.

New bullshit for L4D GHOST SCRATCHING

Spawn and run away untill you get the "press x to move closer" message. Melee and imediatley hit X.Simple as that. HILARIOUS to see people look around after they get melee'd from nowhere. Very nice against safe room and freezer campers.
