Maxi Combo Discussion

Well it could never be hit cuz 22A -> LI A is combo at tip range so I knew that was impossible to begin with. I will check later to see what can interrupt LI A post blocked 22A. That list will be very short. Next time try to remember these things :þ even 2As fail vs LI A here

I went on instinct with 3B 6A+B, sometimes I just panic and go with 4BBK lol XD haven't really tested damage for both, but 4BBK definitely is not a confirmed combo
 
Not sure if this is already listed or how to exactly list it lol but I saw KDZ doing this last night on stream:

8B+K -> LI A(BE)

If this isn't exactly how its notated or even how its inputted I apologize. Please correct me.
 
4A+B 11A into BL K BE on people who like to roll after the 11A is hot sauce lol.

BT B+K 2KB is also a combo.

I just like doing different combos off the same starter to fuck with people's head. They may think "oh he didn't do that other move that grounds me into the RO so let me get out the way" then BAM!! GTFO my ring still lol

Yea I know but prior to fighting Natsu I have never landed a BT B+K in SCV. I wasn't sure if it changed properties or not.
 
So I found another reason why B+K JF is awesome. The full JF breaks gauge in 5 blocks, that's just as strong as 6A+B (BE) LI A (BE). But what really makes it awesome is that the B's in the string will never actually break the guage, only the final A will. So basically what this all means, is that if you ever see your opponent's gauge bar flashing red (or even almost red), you can throw out the full JF for a gaurenteed break, giving you a free RO B combo. Awesome stuff!!!

I can't get the A strike as consistently as I used to but I tap my RB button (B+K) and start tapping my X button (A) around 6-7 hits into the string. Works about 60% of the time for me.
 
I haven't been practicing the B+K JF but what I did in SCIV was hit B+K then use A+B for the inputs after that, since it would hit the Bs and the A at the end with one button. Not sure if this has changed at all.

I used to do that too but it doesn't seem to work ever so I had to switch it up.

My advice is just to learn the timing on the move rather than hope your mashing works. Its hard to really describe the timing, but i'll do my best. After the B+K, the first 'B' input is actually much later than you would think, its towards the end of the move. The next 2 'B's are pretty evenly spaced at with maybe a 1/2-1/4 second interval. The A is almost the same pace as the previous two 'B's but just a tiny bit faster.

So I guess it be like: B+K ..1..2.. B ..1... B ..1.. B .1. A.

I don't know if that really helps at all. I'll try to make a video of me tapping the move out a few times so you guys can get a visual on the timing.
 
Anyone notice that the BE 6K from 6A+B BE misses if they ukemi roll right or is it just me? Started the combo from 3B btw..hmm every other recovery ukemi it works save for right.

Thoughts?

I discovered that too. I'll stop doing it the first time it gets tech properly.
