Lau: I also posted the link to the vid in the combo thread yesterday. However I lack the awesome mod powers required to put it in the first post with all the other combo where people it will probably be most useful.

Tiamat: Every time I see that unblockable hit it brings a smile to my face. Also, with regards to 44B after NSS [A] NSS b:A W!, under what circumstances do you find it missing? It seems to be that if they are close to you or are on his right side, the 44B will either miss or won't hit properly, which was why I was using 2A+B, because provided that you're within range, it will always hit. That said, 44B is definitely the better option if they wall splat too far away for 2A+B to connect, although that's reasonably infrequent.
 
I think after you land the first 44B > NSS [A] > NSS b:A trap, you will have done enough damage so that a 2A+B followup wouldn't be so bad of an alternative. Also, I think for the most part you have time to dash > 2A+B so you won't have trouble with being out of range.

Also, when did end up not triggering the bold text?

honestly though I can't remember what causes the NSS b:A (w) 44B to whiff, I found it pretty reliable in general

I have only watched the first one so far. They play on too many rounds, lol. In any case...

they could both stand to sidestep more. both should go for more mid/throw mixups. nightmare should stop whiffing 33B6 and 66K6, sieg should start punishing GS with 2A at least. nightmare should stop doing GS K by itself because tis like -43 (seriously)
 
yeah i know that 5 rounds is to much. -.-
anyway,ya should watch the other matches between them..i think they are imrpoving very well ;) but thx for the advise,and next time if they play we will make 3 rounds for sure lol

so I watched the second and third match

Jiggy needs to break sieg's CH 6K stun better. it is good that jiggy is doing SC 3 NSS A+B but he should do mixup with it if they turtle up. SC 3B > throw is pretty effective so he should try that if they block the NSS A+B a lot. wallcombos could use some work

Shinoa needs to realize that NM's soulcharge NSS A+B is +0 on block so he shouldn't let NM pressure from it so much. and he needs to start doing 2A or something after blocking 66K6/33B6/WR B because otherwise nightmare is gonna be + on block from a lot of stuff that he's really not + on block with. he's losing partly because he's not being aggressive enough, and since his defense isn't that great he just kinda gets run over

- if you are going to commit to use 4K do 4KK. hitconfirm is impossible and if you just do 4K you destroy the entire point of doing the move (40 dmg CH mid that's faster than...other stuff)
- don't ever do CH 1K > 4KK. WS B is FASTER and stronger in this situation. if you need 1 frame more speed than WS B you can go for WS K/FC K
- if you block lizardman's 1[K] do 33B

Looking back at the video i have no idea why i was doing 4KK after 1K i usually do WS K back to 1K or 11k.
The reason why i Stopped 4KK was because most of the people i was playing in Casuals Knew that it ended in a High and i would get punished for it. I didn't really think i would land a hit with 4K. I need to improve my reflexes against Lizardman's 1K i can see some of Amy's lows coming and block them but Lizardman's 1K i can't really see it coming which really kills me. I am gonna stop trying to GI Lizardman when he is in crawl stance also.

Looks like this Amy don't know jack about this matchup, Her answers to NSS A and to WS B~NSS are laughable, also alot of unpunished stuff like WS AA and NSS K, it's not like i'm saying Amy should have dodged the GS KK but these are basic NM stuff..

Also most of the GS A's shouldn't have landed in the 1st place if the Amy didn't use B moves when NM got in GS..

The NM got it easy.
 
yeah the Amy player's anti NM sucks, there is a video before that against another Nightmare where the Amy barely wins
 
I don't think Idle uploaded them yet. Anyway, you'll be disappointed. I didn't win much. :(
Although, I'd like to have another go against them. I want to see how much I've improved after playing and learning from Omega, Malek and Kira.
 
Got some videos of me at the recent OHN8 tournament here in Sydney, Australia. Came 7th out of 19 but im happy as i played well against the eventual champion, Davo and was generally playing against characters who i had very very little experience against. Please feel free to C&C, ill like to improve greatly for the next tournament and hopefully get a podium finish this time. Thanks.
