actually the police are letting me file assault charges against them and im clean on self-defence. as far as the dude i nearly curb stomped after he fell off my car, the investgator told me it was just one attack to ensure my escape and will be considered self-defence since i didn't relentlessly beat his face

Pressing charges might NOT be a good idea.

If you do, they know who you are and where you live.

When they get out, they might do something about it. Or their homies might do something about it.

You kicked their ass, that might be enough.
 
of course the cops are bein cool dave...the other guys were black.... ..... .... but thats good to know that you are not gonna be charged or anything. And the pressing charges is a mixed bag. For plenty of reasons including taking your own time (and time is money). Sometimes its best to just move on...but at the same time I don't know where you saw these guys, and the last thing you want is to meet these same guys on the street again in four months but this time they brought knives.... You also lucked out that the fact there were so many of them let them leave their guard down which allowed you to get out okay.

Well, hope it all ends up working out okay, and hopefully you'll never meet these fucked up people ever again.

This didn't happen very close to home. I was out-of-town on business; and it occured during personal time. I was parked in the city walking the sidewalks looking for some unique restraunts to try.

well, i'm "black" too. and there are ignorant and racist and stereotypical people everywhere. regardless of their nationality, color, religion (or lack thereof), social class, or whatever, they need to be sexually sterilized and cut off from the god damn gene pool. And their kids need to be taken away from them and raised by good, clean, honest people. I don't believe in killing them off. Just let them be living spectacles of what it means to be truly punished for being insignificant to the human species. Yeah, I said it. And I've been saying it for a long time. And I'll keep saying it. Walking and talking masses of shit encased in human skin need to be subject to facist-type control and regulation to prevent the same biological mistakes from occuring EVER again. And if someone told me that all I have to say is "yes" to start things out, I'll gladly be the one to initiate the movement.
