I see the resemblance, but I don't think so. I think it's the similar makeup(which was never previously available in CC) which makes it look really similar to Ivy. From what I saw eyeshadow and lipstick were features incorporated in the "Facepaint" selection, so that might be why it looks like her.

I for one am going to recreate this guy (rainbow pants afro guy) just for kicks, but maybe with a different fighting style (maybe the cat paws!):
Also I am dissapointed that they removed the kigurimi (first item on menu):
at least I think that they removed it. I haven't seen it in any new character creation videos. I wanted to make Japanese kigurimi-wearing awesome person :(
But character creation looks really awesome, easily the best one yet. I think I am also going to recreate my epic Jimi Hendrix (and maybe Ozzy Ozbourne) from SC4. Also I am going to make some original characters that won't look bad thanks to the new system.
