Shouts out to NoFace! I just watched the NCR finals again with headphones and didnt realize he had to put up with alex j talking yelling mad shit, you are a better man than I. I would have got disqualified for very unsportsman like conduct or banned for it after the match if I held it together long enough(getting Dq after making it all the way to finals would be foolish).

you shouldn't have trouble against retreater after the patch. I would use 3{A} or 6{A} to catch step-happy opponents. As for people who turtle, I like my CS/1B BE mixups.

Was it already mentioned that the frame data posted about Ivy's while jumping B is incorrect? It is definitely negative on hit, not plus 4. When I read the frame data and saw it was positive, I was excited to start using it to frame trap into 6KB. But I was definitely wrong, and it cost me a few matches =[

You have to do 22_88(B)~B, and then BBBB at the same moment when the whip hits the ground/opponent. It's not that easy.
Another thing with 5-hit JF is that when you finally can get this to work consistently (muscle memory), this timing won't work online because the game runs in a slower FPS rate.

Yeah, more or less! It takes a while to get this one down, but it really helps Ivy, it's a 75~85 dmg whiff punisher (depending on a Clean Hit, which activates very often). Also, when blocked the last hit grants Ivy +12.

No, because it forces crouch and both 4B and 6B8K are high moves. Nothing is guaranteed.

Yes. However, the situation where 5-hit JF gets blocked is very rare because after 22(B) on block you can step easily or interrupt the follow up =(

Can they step it if they're in a corner? I've found that most of the time, if they are cornered they'll stay blocking out of fear, lol.

Yea.. its not easy to do. I can do 67% of the time offline... but online... almost like 20%. How do I do it? Well, go to training mode. Then, after you have picked Ivy, do 88(b) and look at the inputs your putting in at the bottom of the screen. So do 88(b)b~b.b.b.b. Keep do this as you go, and you'll get it. I know it probably seems impossible to do, but you'll get it.

Something I found out... If you do a quick SSL and interrupt it with 3B at closest range, 6B8 will sometimes connect without counter hit. So far, it works against Aeon (no other angles launch high enough) and Xiba (only other angle launched high enough is somewhere on back). I haven't tested anyone else.
