-Bangoo of course. Being an Apache, Bangoo can be a Native American representative, since Rock was technically British, migrating to the United States. Since Astaroth will likely replace Rock in terms of the moveset, Bangoo could contain something different, like tomahawks, or bow and arrows. With Bangoo's structure probably being brute and husky, I could suggest tomahawks.
-Li Long and Chie's daughter. Since the child is in their early 20's, likely that this child will be female, and with Chie being the head of the Fuma clan, will likely be a kunoichi. I would much have her daughter be involved in Japan's feudal era as Mitsurugi is (or at least people like Nobunaga Oda have mentioned him to be a skilled samurai). Maybe being a bodyguard to a certain warlord, or a wife of an heir. As far as personality, she should be somewhat like Taki, but more cold-hearted. Kind of like the opposite of Natsu. Her weapon could be either the sword & shuriken style (from SC3), or a large bladed tessen.

African character, of course. One tribe I think stood out at that time was the Kingdom of Kongo, who were in conflict with the Portuguese at the time. I was thinking Zulu at first, but they weren't established until the 1700s, and wasn't wide until the 1800s under Shaka Zulu's rule. This character could be all-around athletic and uses both speed and brute force to the advantage. This character could contain either the spear and shield, or Ngulu and doko sword set. Ngulu sword looks like a hook sword, while the doko sword looks like a longer kunai sword.
Portuguese representative, who is in conflict with the African representative. This character could also be a Portuguese who migrated to Brazil. Christianity could be a heavy influence in this character since they actually introduced it to Japan, as well as firearms. The weapon of choice could possibly be a musket, or bayonet.
