SCV- New CHARACTER ideas

I was never caught. Dountman missed because he lagged too hard. Also that part of the post about the characters was kind of a sarcastic joke and my curiosity at the same time.
Oh I see... goes to sad corner*
Anyway....lets change topic......to depressed kind of char, but not like Pyrrha but like scary sad char

To me dramatic is never funny. I've seen too many ghetto black chicks in my life for anything dramatic to be funny.
Fair enough.
I still don't quite understand what you mean by "sad but not dramatic" though. Like just... depressed? Indifferent at best?

Having a depressed character would be interesting, but it all depends on the execution. I can see it slipping into CRAAAAAWLING IN MY wait a sec I realize why you like Sieg so much now. I think.
But anyway. It could be cool if it's handled realistically. Maybe someone who is depressed but persistent. Gets knocked down, but gets back up again. Never gonna keep him down.

Viola's kind of depressed. Well, apathetic, but depression tends to come off as apathy most of the time anyway.

EDIT: and I want Aeon to talk in future installments

He got his soul, not his body.(My assumptions)

Make Aeon smile less and then I'd like him.....Nothing more.

Sad like Sophitia in Soul Calibur IV
I like the way Sophitia was in IV more like melancholic,
Pyrrha personality it is not natural....
And Viola is cynical and pessimistic

bottom one is cool.

i figured the style can work like using the "hook"part to trip and grab the opponent. Unfortunately, this would be kinda like zasalamel's style.........

if possible can he/she speak modern Aramaic? its a rare language. My family speaks it.

chicago university made a dictionary for the ancient aramaic also....

The assyrian people were called the "lords of massacare" in ancient times.

second dark age of assyrians is the current era for SCV.

EDIT: (copy/paste from the second link)

Second Dark Age: 1300 A.D. to 1918 A.D.

The Assyrian missionary enterprise, which had been so successful throughout the Asian continent, came to an abrupt end with the coming of Timurlane the Mongol. The indiscriminate destruction leveled by Timurlane against the civilizations he encountered put to a permanent end the Assyrian missionary enterprise. A large segment of the Assyrian population escaped the ravages of Timurlane by fleeing into the Hakkary mountains (present day eastern Turkey); the remaining Assyrians continued to live in their homelands (presently North Iraq and Syria), and Urmi. The four Assyrian communities, over time, begin defining themselves in terms of their church affiliation. The western Assyrians, all of whom belonging to the Syrian Orthodox Church, began identifying themselves as "Jacobites". The remaining communities belonged to the Assyrian Church of the East. After the division of the Church of the East in 1550 A.D., the Chaldean Church of Babylon, a Roman Catholic Uniate, was created, and members of this church began to call themselves Chaldean. By the end of the nineteenth century, these three communities no longer saw themselves as one and the same.

look at 1607 A.D.... you will be excited i think...

This is the closest i can find to the era of 1607 but its in concerns of the assyrian church but its a catholic/greek orthadox church so its VERY helpful. Its wiki though.....

*I will update this post in concerns to the history
It doesnt have to do with the swords ,it has to do with how the character will fit into the plot for SCV with info we have so far.

Rudolf II was involved in the occult and alchemy, this proved he didnt trust/acknowledge the catholic church. The catholic church, in a way, had ruled him. He was against religion and supported the more classical greek philosophy. I find this akward because people acknowledge religion as philosphy. I'm guessing they were very serious about religion in that era.

Now in the 1550s to 1570s a schism had occured in the church of the east. It had splitted the churches into 1) a catholic church following the roman catholicism and in communion with the roman catholic church., which its people later became known as chaldeans (kaldayans) and 2)into an assyrian church of the east which is associated Nestorianism. Nestorianism isnt in communion with Eastern orthadox, catholic, and Oriental Orthadox.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nestorianism

The important part to connecting this character with the plot is the schism. Both acknowledge christianity/philosophy in some way. Since the schism occured 30 to 50 years ago and since to this day the assyrians and chaldeans are defined as different, then the schism most likely divided the people as time went by and resulted into different views of philosophy/religion.. If it was 1) of the Chaldeans (chaldeans are the same race as Assyrians but their cultures are different) who are in communion with the catholic church, then if there was an assyrian character, he/she would be against rudolf II in some way. 2) if the character was sided with the Assyrian Church of the East, which followed more of philosphy and since the greek and assyrian philosphies were pretty much alike then their views are in support of Rudolf and the character would either be neutral or ......supporting rudolf and his cause.

I actually want to see a villain story about European royalty, a character who thinks he/she is entitled to Soul Edge as his/her demon father was only to come in conflict with Hilde and Sigfried, Vampire Rapheal and Zasalamel in his way. Kinda like he Tales of Graces type thing... actually, Namco should get the writers of the tales games to do Soul Calibur's story. The types of stories are awfully similar, maybe even enough to make something actually memorable with SC's.
