I really love Ashlotte, her costume design is just absolutely amazing!~ :D
Since her weapon is a half-lance half-axe hybrid weapon and she has an innocent attitude, I would like to see a more revised moveset that is more graceful.
Btw, it has been confirmed that Shura will NOT return, so I guess there's no point in putting Shura in the poll. :X

There is no point for a poll at all. GA Characters are'nt going to return,simple as that.
They reply about Shura because is by far the most requested GA char,and if they don't spend money for her, they will not spend money for less requested GA characters.

Btw as character they was all bullshit.
As chara design Shura and Ashelotte was'nt that bad, but i'm fine with theyr absence

I also liked Ashlotte. Ito "Oh! Great" Ogure's design was really elegant. But sadly they gave her Asta's moveset, so her posture made her look like a gorilla. I think she should have been Zasalamel clone instead.

Ashlotte’s illustration looked like a genuine SC character, and I agree that if she’d had a graceful yet powerful unique moveset she would have been pretty great. I didn’t quite like how blank and doll-like her 3d model’s face ended up, I think the illustration had a better "attitude." Scheherazade was... ok (cute elf ears, annoying voice). Shura was just the absolute depth of fetishistic pandering, really lame. Kamikirimusi was forgettable, and Angol Fear... seriously? Flat stylized anime eyes? Blah.

All irrelevant since they have zero motivation to license the same bonus characters for SCV.

No, they suck cause the look ridiculous, Shura is decent cause she looks a little like another character from the series.

Re-read the thread leading up your post. Azazel stated Shura was the only fitting one and that the “rest” sucked. You then stated that the reason the “rest” sucked was because they use other peoples’ styles. If that is true, then Shura also sucks and there was no reason to specify “the rest” vs Shura (you should have simply said “they all” sucked). If “the rest” sucked but Shura does not, then you failed to explain why.

Anyway it doesn’t really matter as I pointed out earlier, the SCIV bonus characters are obsolete.

The amount of time and money spent on licensing, reskinning, voicing the bonus characters could have been spent on other stuff casual players would have preferred (CAS or single player mode), which imo would automatically make bonus characters as wasted efforts. I"m not saying that the budget for bonus players should be done for balance (because that would be an unreasonable request to benefit the few at the expense of the many), but I seriously think if shura's clothes or sherezade's voice was used for CAS (without having to license some japan-only anime artist) the casual experience could be bettered.

For Guest Character...I'm fine with any character that fits with the setting and I'm against any character who doesn't.

Any character from a medieval game or anime would be correct, specially if his or her fighting style is someway different, for example Gabriel Belmot would be a good adition or Fuma Kotaro from Samurai Warriors.

And any character from futuristic or contemporary game or anime would be lame Infamous (Cole will be in SFXTekken BTW), Mass Effect, Street Fighter, Dead space...

For CAS I would rescue the SCIII system with three layers for the body (low, middle, upper) and belt/pants by separate. In SC4 characters look well and detailed but there weren't many posibilities.

Also, it should introduce a height selector once for all. It would be a great adition if they allowed us to edit right arm and left arm by separate.

And of course more variety in...everything, tatoos, faces (usually you can only have one or two for each age), etc

No she doesn't. Not at all, the only bonus character that looked like a possible SC character was the robot girl Asterothette whatever her name is or that annoying Schinitzlade girl with the elf ears. I liked them but they were beyond pointless additions to the game.

Shura getting an invisible gun is already a fail and I Hated her voice.

As for guests I wouldn't mind Samurai Shodown characters.
