Classic meaning from V or IV, sure. The assets for those have already been created to a degree which is acceptable to use in SCVI with minimal touching up. They've already done so with Tira's SCV alt.

Classic meaning SCIII and before, I think it's reasonable to charge for. Those would have to be true recreations of costumes, not just up-ports. In other words, they would need a bigger budget, and can thus justify a premium charge.

That's assuming they haven't already made classic costume recreations as part of the base game's budget, which I believe is a fair assumption, given that they haven't even made new P2 outfits.
