They done it to piss us off... we're getting the street copy, whereas their in-house version has Cass, Setsuka, Hilde... you name it! It's probably a gift for someone special that Okubo knows.
Deluxe includes season pass, obviously.but the deluxe is more expensive. What's the difference?
It was indicated a while back before her reveal. Also, Vergeben DID tease the idea of a new dark-skinned barbarian female, which may or may not be included in the game sooner or later.when was that in the leaks?

How can one person own a copyright to a concept as broad as "dark-skinned barbarian"? In fact, I'm pretty sure you can't just freely copyright a concept like that.Unfortunately, there is a small probability of a conflict with the copyright holder (Grace Jones, remember "Conan The Movie"?)
Fortunately, the previous cases of creating a game hero from a real actor or singer, did not lead to a conflict. Van Damme = Johnny Cage, Axel Rose = Axl Low, Desireless ("Voyage, voyage") = Benimaru

Laws on ownership limits not only complete and 100% copying, but too strong resemblance. How can one person own a copyright to a concept as broad as "dark-skinned barbarian"? In fact, I'm pretty sure you can't just freely copyright a concept like that.
I suppose I'll be getting the collectors edition then.Deluxe includes season pass, obviously.
I think it'd be pretty easy to make her not resemble Grace Jones too much.Laws on ownership limits not only complete and 100% copying, but too strong resemblance.
Cases of punishment for too strong a similarity are rare, but they do exist.
For example, scandal with a King of Fighters 2002. When due to the too strong similarity of the K9999 to the hero of anime "Akira", he had to be replaced by a Nameless.

TBH I don't think that presumed "dark skinned female barbarian" would resemble her in the slightest (except for dark skinned and barbarian parts).Grace Jones from Conan The Destroyer
Yeah MK1 was full of rip-offs:Unfortunately, there is a small probability of a conflict with the copyright holder (Grace Jones, remember "Conan The Movie"?)

And I do ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)The character that was described to us is more like that creature from YuGiOh that someone posted a few pages ago. I don't prefer that personally
