GameSpot interviews SoulCalibur V Producer Tago-San at Comic Con 2011 and shows off some new gameplay footage featuring the recently confirmed Ivy. Looks like she will only have two stances this time around!

Oh man. It was the best time Ive had in years. Hot fuckin chicks EVERYWHERE. As a matter of fact my old lady took most of the pics youll see later on.

the panel was mostly about tekken and a new 3d CG movie. but there was for sure some hype bout SC5. I went up to rich after the panel was over. intrduced myself. He said he knew who I was and offered to escort me and HRJ to where the tekken tourny was going down. There he introduced me to tago-san who was really humble and greatful for all of us at 8wr. It was like meeting the fuckin president.

They went into the Taki/natsu story. saying taki is not dead. they didnt say she was a playable character or anything, just that shes not dead.

Good to hear Tago appreciates us, that's pretty flattering and it's cool that they gave you the VIP treatment.

As for this news of hot chicks everywhere, that makes me so wanna go comic con. I'm gonna be serious, every year when they put out pics of san diego comic con there are so many gorgeous girls. Then they have pics from east coast cons and I'm like "Man, makes me appreciate living in California.".

As for tickets or "badges", when did you buy yours? I wanted to go and do this Tommy Wiseau cosplay thing but those tickets sold out, so fast were gone already when I checked on the 1st.

also a note. The people making the New Naruto game (which I have footage of to if anyone wants to see) is doing some of the art and story mode stuff for SCV. I forget what the guys name or title is but hes the guy dress as the Naruto character (dunno his name either...if it aint SC, then Im not all into it)

Im sure the new trailer coming out monday is what you just saw. But itll give yall something to talk about for the next day or so!!

Itll be old news on monday. I was stoked when I heard that Taki wasnt dead. Only to come home, log into 8wr and see that its been talked about for the last few hours. But at least I got yall at least a day ahead of everyone else.

It was a great atmosphere that was fun and cheerful and exciting. People came up to me and just started talk SC with me like we were old friends. FilthieRich gave me the lanyard from his own fuckin neck and handed my son a t-shirt and had tago san sign it for us. The awesome way I was treated just gave me that much more support for this game and for what namco is doing for us. Im down like a clown son!!

there was a point in the vid where patrkolos yells out pyrrhas name. So HE knows about her. But pyrrha feels like shes lost and doesnt know who he is. I dunno thats my take on it. She has this "lonely" feel to her.

1) dont like how they slashed the old project soul logo apart to make way for the new one. The old logo looked really sharp.

2) that creep voice telling pyrrah "we'll live forever" creeped me out in the good way. I don't trust pyrrah at ALL!

i cant say if it was her voice or not. Her lips wernt moving so I dont know for sure where the vioce was coming from. Maybe shes remembering childhood memories. Only thing I can think of. I shouldve kept my mouth shut instead of screaming like a 12 year old girl at a Nsync concert

The first thing I thought of when I saw the "spirit/wolf/demon/thingie" for Z.W.E.I. was Unknown for Tekken Tag.
