the problem is that GS B on ground hit they can tech a million miles away so unless there is a wall nearby you get no mixup. GS KK is only guaranteed after 1A6, not simple 1A so keep that in mind.
 
Haha I've done it Tiamat. I've found a GUARANTEED way to land 4A+B.

FC B+G, w! 4A+B

It works similar to the 2[K] wall traps, if they press G they'll get launched, also if they get launched from the wall you can gain a free SC from A+B since they will be out of range of a BT B+K.

Its so manly :P
 
I think one rare instance where 1A was better over 1A6 was when it was NM vs Yoshi...Yoshi kept punishing 1A6 with FC 3K. Then NM did a plain 1A, Yoshi did FC 3K-- which was blocked, then NM punished that for the win. I remember seeing it in a vid somewhere, neorussell might've been the Yoshi. But yeah, that's a rare case, just thought I'd mention it.
 
yeah that's one of the times you can use it for sure. also, 1A doesn't guarantee anything but the knockdown itself is very strong if it hits.

Its useful during those situations because if the opponent stands up or presses G at all, they won't be able to jump the 2[K], leading to another wallsplat, which can lead to another 2[K]. This leads to fun times at the wall with Nightmare.
 
Is 2[K] even useful, if it is how should I use it? Or should I stick with 1k as my low kick?

use 2[K] as if you were to use Asty's 4[A+B]
(if you ever use his 4[A+B] that is...)

i think 2[K] is just a tiny bit faster than 4[A+B], but you could use it in the same situation/scenario against your opponent.
personally, i use it after the opponent gets up.

after you 2[K] you could follow up 2A+B, GS KK, etc....
 
The problem is if they jump attack it on reaction it doesn't matter if you release it early or not. Unless it's a wall setup the move is crap. If it's used from wallsplat it's godly though.
 
I tried schneider's FC B+G (w) 4A+B trap and it is guaranteed ground hit, and launches if they press G

damage is pretty lame but can try it anyway to be flashy.
 
66B is really good as well. One of my fav moves. A nice follow up would be GS to B+K. Does about 63 damage if you do B+K just when they hit the ground. Also GS B works as well
