I think it would be interesting if they released some of the main cast's outfits from past titles.
Just a wishlist of sorts: Any of Mitsu's outfits from SCII, Siegfried SCIV 1P, Raph SCIV 1p.
I'd also like to see a kimono CaS item much like what Setsuka is wearing. I know eventually we'll get a pack that has Mitsurugi's 1p outfit, but it would be better if this thing was unisex.

I finally reviewed some old equipment from the last game and remembered some items I used significantly from SC4:

Belle Hip and boots gear
Paladin (all)
Userper's Undergarments
Nightmare Helm Agony
Raven Gauntlets
Duelers outfit (all)
Goddess Blessing (curiass with emblem)
Goddess pauldron and gauntlets
Princess gear (all)
ashura shin guards and pants
Haulin Leggings
Kunoichi gear (all)

anyone else miss some of these?

My real question isnt so much if but when.
I would like it if some of the gear they introduce back from sc4 became unisex.
In SC:BD Ivy's Belle gaunlets were almost always equipped on my male CAS.

Wow, i tried to create a char with elysium's skirt last night and turns out you can't use it with ANYTHING other than elysium's top. Weak. what's the point of clamoring for more outfits if you won't be able to mix and match the components.

Just sad.
But most things in this game feel half assed and unfinished.
I know PS team said time was an issue.
But the game is already out and this is dlc.
Why not try making dlc items work better post lauch.

Am I the only one who thinks Algol's costume will become significantly more popular when you can use just the neck wrap/scarf? I'm wanting that so much since there's a severe lack of excessively long scarves :D

...Now if only Elysium's body wrap...scarf...thing was separate from the tube top...And Algol's scarf had BETTER FUCKING NOT CONFLICT WITH SHIT! Or else PS will make me cry ;_;

With any luck they got the memo and the next store update won't be as retarded as the first one.

But more likely than not they'll figure it'll sell either way and they'll continue with their trend of half-assed and unfinished products.

When using Elysium's clothing, you're not able to use any type of undergarment, like the dancer's breastplate or stockings. I think the reason for this is because from a design standpoint, her clothing already include undergarments. The top comes with a bra and the skirt comes with underwear. It's like making the sleeveless top and the simple shirt as one piece (and they'd both occupy slots). As far as why the covering clothing and undergarments won't separate, there could be a technical reason for it. Technically the Absolution pieces shouldn't be equipped together since they include undergarments, but since they could since they came from a character's design.

Then they should have made it two different pieces Just like Pyrrha's top could have been three pieces, and Patroklos's bobcat should have been a shoulder piece.

The bobcat piece would have been a nice piece to have. I'm looking forward to getting Xiba's wrap. I'd like to see more animal hides, like what Rock wore. Going into battle wearing a big ole' grizzly bear or wolf hide just seems badass. Sorry Peta :p

Like I said, there might've been technical reasons for it, otherwise we'd have it. I think having the wrap act as a separate piece might've caused an issue when being attached to other pieces. To us, it seems like a simple task for them to be separated, but no one here knows anything about how they build their pieces

As far as Elysium's skirt goes, I don't think I'd want them to be separated. I mean, all that's under the skirt is a lopsided thong(which raises the question of why the thong is lopsided...).

I just hope that they are a little smarter with future updates. like making some stuff unisex for example.
I just find it odd that there was a "Compatibility Pack" and yet the DLC is incompatible with half of the equipment ._.

Namco being ironic again.

I'm a little pissed with the non-unisexability with the costumes. he sole reason I want Xiba's costume is to put the tiger skin pants on my Chinese female character. I don't get how ripped pants can only be for men. The tiger skin belt at least should be seperated and unisex.

I still cant get over the fact that it's possible i wont be able to put Raphael's hat on any female characters :(

Sure i could use Hilde's 2P hat but it isnt the same at all. I wanted his swag hat filled with mystery and intrigue. Not the musketeer one with a huge ass feather in it. It further emphasizes my belief that all clothes should be unisex. Sure we will have some "sights" to bare with like Astaroth-Viola, but it's a small price to pay for the freedom and creatively that unisex clothing will allow. I think it's tragic that Hilde's 1P armor wont be available to guys, or that females wont be able to wear Siegfried's armor.

LOL
i have the exact opposite issue.
i want Hildes 2p hat for my male revenant custom.
but yeah pls NB make gear unisex.
hell at least the hats.
What would they have to change to make hats unisex?

Viola's hood is something perplexing too for me. I see no reason it won't fit on a male. At least make some o fhte items unisex, please.

What the next DLC should be:
* Original SCIV outfits of the characters that were not included in the game (Talim, Zas, Yun-seong) as well as their faces/voices either or.
*SCV 1p and 2p- Mistu, Tira (2p i want!!), Hilde, Cerv.
*Hair styles or face styles

In the future:
-More unisex pieces
-Option to change the shape of something, (e.g. a goggle in the shape of oval being a square etc;)
-More weapons for the characters
-Making certain pieces (like pyrrha's 1p sorrowful shirt thingy) more single pieces
-Revamping the pieces that are oversized, or do not look realistic
- DLC styles

You know, none of the character 2P costumes pieces in SCIV were ever unisex. There were some 1P/2P pieces made Unisex in SCBD, but that was for only a handful of items and those pieces were rather insignificant. Its basically no different than how it was handled in SCIV, so there really shouldn't be an issue with this. I know people want freedom and to do things without limits, but that's actually an unrealistic thing to expect from any game developer. Everything has to have a limit/restriction. Besides, too much freedom isn't a good thing if the heart and raccoon tail are any indication. I think you guys are asking for too much out of these pieces.

The bobcat piece would have been a nice piece to have.

I disagree. The bobcat piece doesn't seem like it's suitable for anything other than Patroklo's Justice Coat. Most items in the character costumes would seem to cause potential clipping and comparibility issues if they were mixed with other equipment pieces. I'm guessing this is why none of the 1Ps or 2Ps were allowed to be used initially. If there was one thing I'd like for them to do with Pat's bobcat piece, it's to give an option to remove it. Until then,I'll just use his coat until the A Pat version becomes available.
