Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3

Everytime I try to forward dash cancel online, I get tagged by some random overhead.

Dash cancel for hulk is different as I have to jump, but when I jump I do j.H so for the most part I'm flying at people while claping, and if I have my assist out it covers me and prevents them from moving. The dash-jump cancel covers a lot of space so it really helps hulk out. I've had people say I use a turbo hack after they play my hulk because they say he shouldn't move as fast as I make him.

I think MVC3 is a good game. but I traded it because I had no time for it. I wanted to take BBCS2 and MK9 serious. I felt I couldn't pencil in MVC3.

I use to love playing BB:CT but when CS was coming out I heard they nerfed my main and I couldn't find anyone to play me I ended up dropping it. It was fun but I do enjoy playing MvC3
 
Dante, Hulk, Wolverine, and Akuma. Ugh, hate these 'favorite characters' of mine. I'd rather fight M.O.D.O.K and he's my least favorite. Hate MvsC3 Online. Why did I even bother going on it? If I ever win once online against a random, I'm not rematching unless the opponent has something I like. I might as well pick Deadpool, Spidey, and Joe for online autopiloting =/.
 
someone help me be okay at this game x_x i understand many of the common match-ups and what not to get hit by and shit but i just can't find my groove. i think i may need to assist spam more. psn is BEENEEWEENEES, i'll be on laterish

Where you located at? And wired or wireless?
 
Normally I hate to be a pessimist CrazyYoshi, but Capcom's strategies aren't looking great for MvC3. We expect they'll likely Super MvC3 it like they did with SF4. Expect the much hated Shadow Packs for awhile. On the flip side, maybe after/during EVO maybe something will change, as of now the trend looks bleak.
 
Dropped all pretense of playing to win and am using Haggar/Taskmaster/Spencer. I know it's a good team, but I suck and just want to Lariat and piss my health bar away.

I'd rather play a team like that than these arrogant, irritating Akumas, 'die in hell' Hulks(really hate him now), herpderp Wolverines, and those damn Dantes. And I didn't forget that we have a match to do and more, just my online isn't hooked up because of my own personal problems. And I got a team for you will like if you prefer to autopilot: Spidey taunts, Joe taunts, Arthur's wardrobe malfunction. Lessens headaches imho.
 
Yeah I don't have online in my new apartment until Wednesday. Let me know when you want to play, I still like this game but I don't plan on playing people I don't know already.

Same here. I'm gonna stick to playing my friends in school or people on my PSN/LIve friend's list. Randoms get the autopilot team of mine lol. Unless if I feel I want them to see my real team.
 
G-sides: Sorry, I'm too far for a decent connection. I want to get as close to wireless level play as I can get, so I made a conscious decision to just play people either in state or in neighboring states (Nevada here btw).

That being said, Namu, Landslide, are you closeby? :D

Who do you guys use? I be using that Hulk/Dorm/Sent by far me Sent is weaksauce but hulk and Dorm make up for that.

And I'll be using either Haggar/Taskmaster/Spencer, Doom/Hulk/Storm, or Sentinel/Akuma/Spencer.
 
I may be getting a PS3 soon again anyway (I used to have one), and while it is pretty optimistic to expect me to restock my whole game library with mulitplatforms, it might be reasonable for me to pick up a few of the same fighters on both.
 
Damn this game, the more I play it the more I see how much my team is lacking. Sora I think you should add me I keep forgetting to add you. Bleh learning new characters sucks and learning how to use an arcade stick while trying to learn new characters doesn't help.
