I'm kinda hoping that the game is balanced enough that the tiers are so disproportional that picking the wrong team would lead to murder.

Either way, I got a four-year old who really likes Iron Man. So I probably might stick him on there. Go Avengers or something. I really like how Thor is designed for this game.

No Mega Man is curious, but I suspect that Arthur is going to be fulfulling that role (since he has the same... mega buster-ish attack with his lances).
 
Seems there's a fuss over IMDB posting a voice actor for Megaman for MvC3 and it's not labeled rumor...

I'm also curious to see what the MvC3 TE's will look like.
 
That was actually what I was thinking, IFB. Will wait to get my hands on the game, but Storm is looking pretty slow. Can't wait for Jill, though! Looking like Jill and probably Wesker will be on my team! Jill will be my point no matter what! <3 Jill.
 
And here i actually figured they would have enough sense to stay away from the top tiers that ruined their last game. Just Magneto was fine, Storm is annoying me a litle bit but I swear to god if Sentinel gets announced, i will go postal.

PS - That leak list is looking solid. I remember seeing Phoenix and Taskmaster on there. Its a mother fuckin wrap!
 
Yo that game was so ruined by the top characters that people have been playing and exploring it for 10 years, real talk.
 
I think its obvious X-23 is gonna be up there.
The Marvel characters are lookin toned down as fuck so, I doubt they'll be top again.
Its all about the newer characters imo.
 
You can't make really any assumption on the tiers really. The trailers are choreographed to make them look OP at times and others bad. As well the mechanics are new and old specials and normals have new properties. Their simply too much to factor. You might guess a good point character, but the assist mix could blow that theory away.

All i know is there is a TON of diversity and we'll see a lot more flavor to the battles. I'm gonna be using keep away and projectile characters like the whore I am so my favorites are resting on:

M.O.D.O.K, Trish, Zero, Dormammu, Ameterasu, Arthur, Super Skrull, Spencer

I can almost guarantee Arthur will be one of my team.

Get ready to go postal then. Just because they are here doesn't mean they won't be tweaked. The aim of this game is to make all characters viable which they are already doing WAY better with.

I guess i'll deal with it if he makes it in. I know they are doing way better with balance this time around but when it comes to Magneto, Sentinel, Cable and Storm, the damage is already done. So many people are still going to flock to them entirely because they are so comfortable and wont want to bother changing mains if they don't have to. Many tourney players are already claiming to do this. Considering the fact that Sentinel was purely a novelty, odd addition to CoTA with zero popularity, it is abundantly clear that his addition would be purely a nod to the tourney players that are too lazy to learn new chars and nothing else. I mean...come on! I don't generally want to complain about the roster but Sentinel would be really stupid.
 
Wanting your character to return in a sequel is not lazy, its totally reasonable. Most people would be pissed in SC5 came out and their old main was gone.

If there's no Sentinel how can we have Mango Sentinel?
 
I saw that list that is supposedly correct and I'm surprised to see hsien-ko on it because I thought they said no more darkstalkers. If she gets in I'll feel like a moron for having her and morrigan on my team even though I've never played Darkstalkers lol
