Summer Jam 5 Official Results

Summer Jam 2011 is now over! Woahhzz from Philadelphia takes the singles event in a stunning runback against Mick in Grand Finals! Team "Nothing-Common", aka "Team lolo and 2 scrubs) takes the teams event. This was a huge tournament with a great turn out, and we're hoping that North East Championship 2011 can be even bigger on December 4/5!

special shout out to Greatone who took care of me and my goddess (including everyone else he got a room for) you are truely an amazing person!

just know that i never lost faith in this community and will always love everybody apart of it, ncluding oof...but hes pushing it. My GF also said it was top 5 best times shes had, and really misses everyone and cant WAIT till NEC.

As for my performance at SJ im sorry but next time i wont be so unprepared!

Rekki: good to see you man. you are a great player but i'm seeing you get short changed by your character selection. you should reconsider someone who better suits your style.

Eli: you are the best non-blocking ivy that i've ever played against. you have some sick set ups too. i'm sure that the Canadians are glad to have such a good player in their region. You Oof, Vints, and STD should have some epic battles to come.

Kit: you are always representing the tournament scene and helping out wherever you can. things would probably be in chaos without you.

Shoutouts part 1!

First and foremost, lemme shoutout SETSUKA - Thanks for being a bad bitch and oh so sexy! Lemme just get my shit together and next time we gon' make it, girl.

Seriously though, Sephalump - Really think that this tournament helped you more than any of the other Chicago players. You were talking lots (and lots of shit)! And just genuinely seemed to enjoy yourself. Now you at least know that there's some payoff to all those ass whippings and there's nothing at all wrong with being competitive. Also, the levels of salt that you cause to emanate from people is amazing.

MTFighter - Had to reserve a spot for you. Really, good shit the entire tournament. Could really see how much you were getting into it as the tournament went on. As for that rematch, I still want it. Like I said (and proved) to a certain someone else, that was just tourney nerves. You'll get to see the beast unleashed soon enough! But, seriously, you were one of the more slept on players there. Good shit all around.

RTD - Probably a little late in the game but I would love to see how you play Ivy at full power. Seems like she would just naturally mesh with your style and the fact that you've been doing more with less means I wouldn't be surprised if you could get more ban talk going. I know A LOT of people are hitting the lab though after this tournament, so here's to hoping!

Ramon - You already know how I feel after the car ride. Nothing less than top 8 at NEC, boss!

Lolo - You were really the man to beat the whole weekend. A fan of your style because I love anyone who's able to make their opponents act and/or take advantage of them not acting. Next time, bring more tequila power and let these niggaz know. Sad I didn't get to see one suicide finish but there's always next time.

Something-Forgotten - Bring that ass next time. I told you we could rematch after I felt the game out some more. See that ass at NEC!
