But I also think the effect the orb has inside it is different in each option, if you notice the blue one seems different inside as opposed to the original.

Even so, they've only shown 4 of her weapons so far, so we've not got a good picture of how much variation there will be yet. Plus, I don't see much particularly funny about a skull-orb thing. Neat, yes, but not really humorous.

True, I hadn't noticed the different effect designs before. However, I still believe that there will be more variety to the weapon designs like the skull.

Who said anything about variety? I was just pointing out the few new faces that were shown, which are the very last four.
 
One thing dissapointed about the CAS that doesn't exactly matter...

FACIAL HAIR!!!! I'm surprised everyone else is handling it well. Hopefully there will be some in the four bonus slots and some thinner stubble in the makeup selection. Of course, this is wishful thinking as there is a separate option for editting the faces' facial hair's color. We've got the stubble, the thin moustache, the thick moustache, and that one beard. Luckily, I only really need the stubble to use on the youngest looking face possible(Face 4) for my character. Also, the monster face is missing from Broken Destiny.

I noticed that in the first video they showed. It's very disappointing (seeing as they had it in 3 and it didn't look bad), but I figure there's not much to do for it now. It would be nice if makeup offered something like stubble though, I agree.

There are actually a few faces missing from Broken Destiny. The monster face was one of them, there was a face with Dampierre's mustache, and an extraordinarily ugly man (because we really needed one of those, lol.)
Perhaps they didn't want to improve those faces. The monster one looked as though it would have some serious clipping issues.

Not sure about the female side of things, since I haven't been able to look at the new SCV female faces.

It might have more than that. In the very first Character Creation vid, Mitsu was shown to have 8 swords. Although there were several options for Ein, I don't think he alone counts as a weapon; Zewi uses a sword too. I do hope that they're not planning to give some characters more weapons than others, though. That'd kinda suck...

Aye, that's why I'm saying we should wait and see before making any weapon predictions.

I don't really personally care for facial here since its not very neat for a mentalgen imo, but i do agree, the Orc face from BD is missing which is weird since they kept the elf ears.

Well, even in Broken Destiny, elf ears were a separate item in the bonus items slot, the orc/monster face just happens to have them inherently.
 
Why did it say they picked Viola on the character select screen before the fight...? I would have liked to see a female character done, the females usually have a better variety of clothes and wouldn't look like a flaming idiot with Viola's style. Thats just my two cents.

Cross dressing is allowed, I don't think there's much more to see on the female side of things. Though I agree on the flaming idiot part XD
 
Next thing we know we see some guy dress up Patroklos in a BRIGHT, PINK dress, with a equally SHOCKING PINK weapon and shield, plus a PINK weapon trail and bring him up online. Lol.

Most gear in SCV is Unisex now, there wouldn't have been much more for the female creation mode aside from maybe some extra fishnets for leg gear or sub leg gear, whatever its called now.

But i also agree about the flaming idiot part, there is handsome young male faces now so theres no reason they had to chose the ugliest reject ultimate marvel vs capcom 3 face.

I do agree, at this though... saying Viola's name but seeing that monstrosity pop up instead is very disturbing, if they say each characters name instead of something else for created characters, thats going to be awkward.

Also whoever was playing had astonishingly bad taste in clothing and that purple afro? ugh.

It was most likely on purpose, for the comical effect but still.

@Luneth yeah and hope we get Night Terror's animated wings to, im also hoping for a HUGE new epic pair of wings to sort of liiiike...
