Amy is DLC bait and Raph is clunky. Let’s hope for Salia.

Or Lizzy could just be enemy only.

It’s that creepy loli fanbase that disturbs me. Not just a main OC whose a male rapier user.

it only makes sense, those 4 are all DLC baits and I for one will buy all of them.
 
This game could have the most amazing gameplay and graphics, but if Raphael won't be included, it will always leave a bad taste in my mouth and I would never forgive Project Soul for that. Raphael isn't the most popular character, but he's no Rock when it comes to character polls and story relevance. Even Lizardman/Aeon and Astaroth placed lower in both the Facebook and Eventhubs polls. Would their excuse be that Raphael's story starts around SCII's time period? If so, then it wouldn't be fair to include other characters that joined the series from SCII onwards if they insist on focusing on SCI's story, which I always considered a stupid thing in the first place for a so called 'reboot'. This pisses me off.

As for Salia replacing Raphael, that would be an insult to both Raphael and their fanbase.
 
That was a solid interview. Covered a lot of stuff fans already know, but I think it was informative for casuals.

Guest characters are all about marketing. Helping draw attention to SCVI in these mass-market events is exactly why he was added to the game.

That was a nice clash of steel on Gamespot between Geralt and Nightmare! Night did some crazy spinning-whirly move during his Soul Charge (I believe?) that really lit up the screen! :) Also we got to see more IVY! Again, who can confirm whether there's any SC2 Ivy stuff that's back for the first time?

The questions were a bit better this time.
 
Raph has a funky style afaik and loses the vampire stuff going by the story.

I just wanted to create a male fencer without Amy’s girly win poses.

It just seems to be what I was suspicious of with the initial small roster being that Raph is bland (he even clearly became Nightmare in V) and gothic Lolitas are in.

Makes me think the DLC could be Hwang, Amy, Hilde, and a guest.

We can only hope that those samples are very much samples.

As for all this Raphael stuff, his gimmick is that he is a cool fencer with a bunch of stances, not all this tacked on vampire crap.
He isn't "funny" or weird, he's an essential.

It's clear with the roster size that there are characters being cut, and it has to fall in somebody, so I understand... but to justify it as though it should be expected? No.

No Raphael? Amy I can understand but... no Raph? And is this Salia thing really possible? When the hell will they learn that we don't want just any old fucking character with a particular fighting style/weapon, we want THE CHARACTER WHO WIELDS IT!? Didn't our reaction to SCV's roster teach them that?

I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt. But no Raph is INSANE, especially if that stupid Lizard is in and he's not.

I really hope they will prioritize unteased characters when it comes to upcoming reveals. For example, they've teased Cervantes, Astaroth and Lizardman in the Story Trailer. So I would rather the next reveals NOT be them. I'd rather have surprise characters than just confirmation of something they've already kinda hinted at.
