Yeah just checked the one for Sophitia. It said the weapon is forged by her FIANCE, Rothion. Bah. I was hoping different fate for her :(

The pose is about right, but the helmet in the silhouette has a conical point where as that one has a crest.

That Twitter photo definitely looks like the Faraam knight set from Dark Souls 2, although it's missing some details. Would be quite a weird choice considering there are so many other more popular armor designs and characters from the Souls series.
