Didn't Max say he's doing something like that?I hope someone is thinking on making a tutorial series to get newbies hooked on SC.

In all honesty I'm not sure he'd be the best man for the job. He doesn't know much about Calibur outside of mashing 3B with SC2 Nightmare.Didn't Max say he's doing something like that?
PW started making some decent SC -> <- Tekken 7 tutorials a while back, I'm sure he could put together a decent guide.I hope someone is thinking on making a tutorial series to get newbies hooked on SC.
from what part, tho? Not Story Mode... And the Arcade Mode doesn't have any sort of cutscenes like that for characters, iirc.

Oh. Not even V. Garry's Mod.
Or he could borrow from those fabulous tutorials on this forum. I don't think anyone would hold it against him if the series' reputation is on the line.PW started making some decent SC -> <- Tekken 7 tutorials a while back, I'm sure he could put together a decent guide.
It wouldn't be too hard.
Explain the basics (movement, buttons, notation etc)
Explain GI, Reversal Edge, and Lethal Hit
Explain meter
Explain throws and teching
Brief character rundowns
More advanced fundamentals (just frames, whatever the new replacement for just guard is, more advanced movement stuff, stage positioning & how to keep in mind what options your opponent might want depending on the position in the stage)
etc. etc... I'm sure someone could pull it off
Bamco:in-game tutorial
Actually, on the first interviews about SC6, Okubo teased in-game tutorial for it. And they DO in-game tutorials in previous SC titlesBamco:![]()
SCIII was the only one with a tutorial.Actually, on the first interviews about SC6, Okubo teased in-game tutorial for it. And they DO in-game tutorials in previous SC titles
No, SC Broken Destiny had a tutorial mode called Gauntlet.SCIII was the only one with a tutorial.
Then maybe they should skip an in-game tutorial so they can balance the game correctly instead!SCIII was the only one with a tutorial.
That's not true.SCIII was the only one with a tutorial.
I liked Viola a lot. Really interesting style. Lots of people loathed her but she placed higher than any other SCV newcomer on the popularity poll if I recall. I hope the rumours about Amy just being Viola/having her style are true since then she's probably going to be in the game, at least as DLC.
Controversial opinion alert lol
I really hope in a SC1 or SC2 Astaroth. No stupid mech, no horrible golems, frankensteins or something like that.Hmm, things sure are slow here. So... When Astaroth is revealed what color do you guys think his skin will be?
The only reason I loathe Viola is the whole replacing Amy as a fencer thing. As long as Viola stays a separate character I don't mind her.I liked Viola a lot. Really interesting style.
