You mean to tell me a low risk, high reward mid screen grab with RO potential, stupid tracking and that forces you into a playstyle that puts you in an unbreakable SS range, which on itself is a stupid option on itself is not liked by players not playing that particular character? Who could have seem it coming ?

Excuse my ignorance regarding modern netplay, but will SCVI have cross-play online between different platforms? How will steam help over traditional netplay? How to explain to a noob like me what to expect re: online play? And how about lag these days?

No cross-play, and it'll use the same netcode as Tekken 7.

In my experience, Tekken 7's netcode is currently excellent. Minimal lag and lots of stable matches to be found.

Yeah me too. My fear is that it won't be enough. I'd hate to find out they completely dropped the ball on CaS and thus forcing me to cancel my pre-order. If it's just the exact same as 5, might as well play five.

I think Soul Calibur’s creation modes have always been better than Tekken’s.

I agree but still seeing how they fcked up Tekken 7 I am scared lol I cant wait to see the trailer for CAS so I can stop worrying and plan my custom characters lol

You should be crucified for even comparing the two. SCIII Character Creation > Tekken 7 customization.

So I've just seen one of Patroklos' scrapped concept art. Why didn't Project Soul use this? It looks way better than generic white guy. Imagine him as a Turkish Janissary, and the back story would have been awesome with the Devshirme system of the Ottoman Empire. Personally, I would have have him a yataghan blade instead of curved sabre. I hope they revisit this concept again.

Tekken 7 still has me on edge.

Tekken 6 customization is better than any fighting game customization imho.

Well CaS in SCV was a downgrade on some points... hopefully they got rid of the bad things and improved it a lot.

This is important for a few reasons;
1. It is after Gamescom (21st-25th),
2. The Gamescom reveal will take place between the 21st-24th because I highly doubt Kayane and Okubo will want to be flying from gamescom to california in the same day.
3. Aris, Markman, Kayane, and Okubo are all going to be at this event. - This might mean this is a new demo or will have some new information.
