I had guessed we'd see Tira announced at gamescom but showing her as dlc when they've still got a bunch of base game characters to reveal seems odd.

I like Libra Of Soul so far, although i'm not that into creating my own characters. I usually just edit the costumes of the cast or do recolours of their p1 & p2. Character creation looks great when it comes to the stuff you can do! Definitely an improvement over SC5's version.
Tira looks great! I'm so glad they chose to redo hero SCIII costume. It's my favorite costume of hers. This new remake looks neat. Her gameplay looks good too, lots of new stuff. Looks like @Hayate was right. I wonder if this adds even more credibility to his other claims? Like Hwang being pretty much confirmed as well as Raphael.
But to me, the most exciting/interesting part is that new character shown in Libra Of Soul!
I'm pretty sure it's indeed Groh's father. He looks very interesting. I NEED an individual trailer showing his fighting style!
Looks like telekinesis is among his skills.
Also, regarding character creation:
That's Voldo's mask and Ivy's shoulder armor. Guess this confirms that you'll be able to use P1 (& potentially P2, P3) costumes freely in this mode.

Idk how or why announcing DLC at this point in time is bad or hurting sales. I personally wanted to know and I wanted the season pass just for the sake of it. That said, automatons and Groh-style malfested are cool. I'm wondering if the animal humans offer more than Rabbits. Unless Carrot from One Piece was super popular. Are we gonna give props to Vergeben? He did mention the magical dude that appeared in the Libra of Souls trailer. Aswel?

Where are you seeing Zasalamel? I haven't seen him in any Libra of Souls footage.
The plot thickens. Not only can we use main character clothing items, but they're unisex? That's brilliant.
Let's hope that means more/all parts in general are unisex.

Oh man Tira looks sooooooo good. Gives me Batman Beyond vibes. What a nice mash up of her previous styles. Not sure how I feel about her CE, but have to look at the trailer more about what she's got.
LoS looks really cool. Mage guy did the damn Fate/Zero Gilgamesh move. He looks cool, the whole mode looks fleshed out. Hopefully it's significantly long, or has good replayability. CaS in general looks pretty diversified but I hope it has everything everyone wants. I'm usually not big in the create-a-character realm but that got me excited.

Haven't watch story trailer yet, but that weird guy in the screen looks like a new character? Groh Dad? He has some illumanti vibe on him.
Wasn't looking too forward on CaS tbh, but from the screenshots i've seen so far it look quite great and polished.

As John said, it's very, very unlikely this guy is Groh's dad. He's Indian, and Groh doesn't look vaguely of the sort, and the trailer doesn't give any indication they're related.

Given the heavy presence of Groh in this trailer (and mode, presumably), I'm betting that's Papa Groh.
Edit: Wait, he's Indian? I thought India was just where your CaS starts out.

No, he's from India you can tell by looking at him and he's evidently from there. I highly doubt Groh has Indian ancestry because just look at him. That's not his father, I am sure of it.
