And I'm willing to bet many jedi fans were disappointed by and irritated with the series, possibly selling the game soon after when they realized they were locked out of some of the content everyone else enjoyed when they realized they couldn't make their own Jedi character but every other style was CaSable.
Attracting people to ones game with characters of a certain type, introducing them to a mode where they can create their own characters, but denying them the ability to create characters of the type that brought them in the first place is a great way to say f you and piss people off. I get that it was a restriction due to IP issues, but come on, there are more Jedi and Sith than these characters, no reason logically someone couldn't make one. Considering order 66 and the jedi being hunted, if there was a Jedi hiding from the Sith anywhere, this backwoods primitive planet seems as good as any.
I'm so glad they said Geralt's style is CaSable, as now they can not only attract Witcher fans but allow them the fun of creating their own Witcher, another thing that consists of more than one individual.
