Thats nice to hear :)

See, its the same with siegfried players and the whiffing, we have learned enough about them to decrease the whiffs to a minimum. Doesn't mean we have to like them though.
 
To copy my post from the clean hit thread, i got siegfrieds missing data for his clean hit rate from the future press guys:

Clean Hit A: CH K BE
Clean Hit B: 66B / 44B / 44K / 66A+B / BH B
Clean Hit C: a: g :A / 1AA / b:4 / 22_88BB / CH B / SH AA

They got their values directly from namco so they don't have the exact numbers for each Rank, but its around this:
Clean Hit A: 30-40%, B: 15-20% C: 5-10%

I accept they are opinions though what i hear is sometimes not opinion but either trolling or purposely stirring things up, there is a difference to opinion and talking crap why are you calling out my own opinion if i am entitled to my opinion? Im not being funny just wondering why you just said that when that was my opinion im not trying to be a smartass either, the fact that a opinion exists because another disagrees because they have their own view because it is not fact.

SBH B having the ability to "TC mid verticals" as you put it is something we've known about for quite some time, and something that's technically been in all the games where SBH B was a thing. It's actually more akin to an opponent-initiated TS because of how it works. If the opponent does any move that moves them forward before the actual active frames, it combines with SBH B's slight movement to the side and ends up pushing Siegfried out of harm's way. But you would know this if you researched it a little and stopped trying to paint this narrative that all Siegfried players are whiners and are hypocritical about their character - something that is completely false, and something I'm getting very sick of seeing from you lately.

SBH B randomly evading things is not good design, and it's probably not intentional, which is a problem, I admit. But it's a consequence of the moves' animation, something that hasn't changed for the game's lifespan, which is essentially Project Soul's way of saying "this is not enough of a problem to warrant a completely different animation." I don't see how you can compare something like that - something that nearly every character has - to something like 2KKKKK, which was INTENTIONALLY nerfed to do a stupid moonwalk whiff, or 2A+B, which was INTENTIONALLY nerfed to have one of the worst hitboxes I've ever seen in a game.

The picture you are trying to paint is certainly dramatic, but it's also completely wrong and disingenuous to the Siegfried players that don't act like you seem to believe they do - that is to say, all of them. Knock it off.

i understand that some people to try to troll or stir things up, however i had an issue with how you worded it. you're not targeting trolls, you're targeting any sieg player who doesnt feel that great about their character and may/may not actually have a legitimate issue with him, through making a statement like this:

then i wouldnt have given a damn. infact i might have even applauded you for that for sharing an opinion without taking a hunk out of someone elses. but as it stands now while you're stating you're opinion you're also indirectly taking a shot at everyone elses, whether you realize it or not(what do i know, maybe you didnt intend it that way?), but either way tbh it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way, i didnt get a good vibe from it and felt like i had to say something. dont get me wrong i have no beef with you or anything(i mean hell that happened over a month ago now?) but thats why i reacted the way i did. i could care less whether we agree or not, so long as its civil. I was aware of the actual cause of this when it happened (another factor to be taken into account is how Aeon's 3B hitbox extends much further to his left than to his right--the side SBH B "tech steps" towards). I've just never had it happen before and thought it was hilarious.

I'm not trying to use this as a "I have x friends who are black" type of excuse, but a significant portion of my training partners either main Siegfried or picked him up as a secondary, so I'm just poking a little fun at them for it. I'm sure you know how I feel considering how much you play against Greeks. My intent was more to amuse than to offend, but I suppose the same joke doesn't get funnier the more it's told, so I'll cut back on it.

Edit: Here, to make up for it I'll share a a 44A wall combo I found:
44A → iWR B W! → iWR (B) W! → 4B+K → SSH BBB
Might be character specific or something but it does 120, builds a quarter bar, and sets up SCH if you hold the SSH BBB. No clean hit though like the SRSH B → 22BB combo.
You can also do 44A → iWR B W! → 9K W! → Back throw for 116 damage and man points.

We would appreciate that, since this is literally all we've been hearing about our character since the very first day of pre-release.
 
Oh the logic cracked me up. I mean does he pop his head up from behind that airplane wing to check for incoming strikes then get smacked for it lol? Just seems like a very random 4 frame window to lose the TC you are almost certainly right on your testing I just found the results funny lol.

Oh i was just mentioning trolling in general in the forums though, i guess it doesn't matter now it's over and done with; thanks for the patient response i never meant it wrong either.

I have no problems with any sieg player i just concurred with a old forum drama.

On a similar topic - I keep getting grabbed while doing SBH K. Does SBH K stop TCing, like, immediately?
