Complex is probably the best way to describe him.
Hwang possesses at least three Stances and four auras that all tie into his new heavenly arts specials and follow ups. He has a lot of risky setups that can yield some good returns, but needs to carefully balance that risk as the fight drags...
So Team Spooky seems interested in this 2.5D fighting game. Looks pretty easy for newcomers to fighting games too. Developed by ArcSys and being brought over by XSeed. Game releases next month.
New trailers today in Japan highlighting the upcoming Character DLC packs and the reveal of major...
So coming right out of the gate, Cassandra is impressively strong.
A lot of new moves and some old ones on new inputs. Still has her old 1K and 1A, but also has a new 1B that when held and the opponent is on the ground leads to some good stuff.
Basic theory is charging up her Divine Force...
Overall, Amy's damage is really low, and depending on the scaling, she WILL end up do 0 damage on some moves. Even with RPP and WPP at max, her overall damage is pretty low. The good news is, she's got a lot of frame advantage and can link into a lot of good stuff once you figure it out...
Post your impressions here.
Overall, roses seem to be key to big damage and options. There's no real way to tell whether you've maxed out on roses or not, but just going by the colors, there's definitely a max level (purple color).
...and so I pray...
Anyway. It looks like he took Necrid's old 3BB. The extra footage after the demo seems to suggest he has a broken-esque boss form, complete with a new CE. That boss form probably isn't going to be playable; but it seems like something to mess around with.
As note, I...
Dark Souls 3 has been out for a while, and I thought this forum was pretty into the series from earlier threads. I'm kinda surprised no one else made a thread for this game.
Honestly, it looks the same as ever, but at least they took my idea of implementing weapon skills into the game, but did...

It's been a while since there was a volleyball game. Sadly, it looks like the volleyball portion of this game is going to be pretty limited with awkward camera angles and lack of interesting mechanics. On the other end, the game will be bringing in the "Butt-Battle" and other events...
The new expansion DLC announced during TGS is coming soon. Apparently, this is massive DLC that was originally planned as a 2-expansion product, but combined into one giant expansion.
The biggest bit of news from the DLC so far is that it'll have 10 new hunter weapons. Which seems pretty...
I'm not sure how many of you are aware of it, but Devil May Cry 4 is getting a special edition releasing on the PS4 with new content including the Legendary Dark Knight difficulty (previously a PC exclusive) and a host of new (-ish) characters including Vergil, Trish and Lady.
Each of the new...
Some of you might remember an earlier thread two years back about the game Under Night In-Birth. EXE Late is a revision of the game brought to the arcades that attempted to address balance and game play issues, as well as add two additional characters. The console version is extension of that...
Not much known at this point, but here's a brief trailer that they always show when the reveal a Tales game.
The male hero's name is Slade (or Slay depending on how you read the kana) and the heroine's name is Alisha.
Zestiria will feature the works of four artists who've worked on the series...
So Dragon's Crown comes out on the 6th of August. Same day as Tales of Xillia. I've been considering getting DC first since its cheaper and a likely much shorter than Xillia. I was wondering if anyone wanted to create group to trudge through the early game on release day (or perhaps later that...
If you haven't bought this game yet. Now's a good time to do so. If you want all the customization options, it'll only set you back 15 bucks. You don't need PSN+ to get into this deal. So buy this game. Its probably got better fundamental systems that DOA5 or Injustice does at least.
So, despite the negative reactions to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of this game, I decided to pick up the Wii U version of Ninja Gaiden 3. Overall the game looks and plays pretty well on the Wii U gamepad. Aside from some slowdown (think NG2's (in)famous slowdown), its pretty fun. The story...
