2009 NFL thread

Look.. if the Eagles can go by this week with a win. It would be good for their morale and such. I hope you know McNasty is not 100% out for this game.. even so I don't want him to return this week so he can recover because if Kolb screws up, my boy Garcia can pull it through. And I am pretty sure our run game can handle NO if the passing game can't get on track this weekend because of Kolb etc. After the Saints they also they get Vick back and they have a easy schedule for a few weeks. PERFECT time for Vick to get into rythem with the team. (Hell, I don't think their schedule this year is tooo hard. Maybe the Giants, Falcons, Cowboy etc may give them a little trouble, but it isn't like OMG its the Steelers hard every week or something.)

Hey man, hes an Eagles fan, you gotta expect that :P. They are a great team but the second week is critical for momentum. The Eagles have to win fullstop, the NFC east will not wait for any team which slips up.

If NO beats the Eagles, NO have a great possibility of winning that division and possibly more than that. Their offense looks extremely strong this year and could carry them to great things. But everything hinges on Brees and him staying healthy (and playing well).

NO wont make it past carolina or the falcons... but theyll prolly do better than tampa

I predict the Eagles will come out with a win against the Saints this weekend even with Kevin Kolb starting. This will be a great opportunity for Kevin Kolb to prove himself because he actually get to work with the first string offense team during training and should be prepared this time. And the Saints are getting annoying, people are starting to think Drew Brees is god because he thrown six touchdown against the Lions, lmao. I can't wait till sunday, I can guaranteed he will not get 6 touchdowns against the Eagles. If the Saints were to lose to the Eagles with Kevin Kolb playing most of next sunday's game, that would shut people up about Drew Brees and the Saints. I can't wait.

Westbrook and McCoy gonna tear up NO's defense. Nuff said.

EDIT: Weaver gonna fuck them up also. :)

With or without McNabb. Westbrook, McCoy, Weaver, and Action Jackson is gonna fuck up any scrub in their way this sunday. And as for Drew Brees, Astante and Sheldon will pick his ass off (not as many times as they did to Jake, but still he will suffer) and the D will roll on him. Hell, it would be funny if Brees get injuried by the end of this game.

I don't even need to tell you what kind of pie this is. GG.... NO - 48 PHI - 22

I really hope that Michael Crabtree decides to re-enter the draft, only to get drafted even lower. Niners seem to be doin' fine without him. What an asshole.

I am savoring the Cowboys losing in their first-ever game at the new Texas Stadium. That put a smile on my face.

If Crabtree enters the draft again he's going in the 3rd round or later. That child will learn his place eventually, or he'll just have to gtfo.

I think the Lions will get their win soon.

I really can't comment on this too much, this weekend the Lions will be at home and looking for a win. On the other hand, the Redskins have a win in the bag and are 27-10 against the Lions in the regular season. For me it's pretty much a toss-up. But, I'm going to say for this game the Redskins will come out on top.

Oh yeah... NO - 48 PHI - 22

MUAGHAGAGAHHAHAHa
