Being butthurt Lightning/Spiderman/Pikachu/Papa Smurf fans that want keep believe?
hm...okay guys. i'm really reluctant to make this post because i know that it will have quite an impact. however, after giving evidence that the screenshot might be fake, i'll explain why i still believe that it's genuine.
so:
i looked through some of AC artwork and found this:
![]()
it's artwork from SC:brotherhood
now compare:
![]()
yes, it is essentially the same pose, so the artwork is not entirely new.
here is why i still believe it's genuine:
so, this is my evidence and reasoning. where is my price money? From now on, i'll just wait for the week to end so we know for sure. i'll be overly delighted if ezio in SC is real. but i thought i'd just tell you all about my finding.
- the artist would have to draw 4 pieces of artwork, all in Takuji Kawano style and all of them so accurate for everybody to believe in. i highly doubt that Kawano's style could be copied that credibly.
- Ezio's artwork is not EXACTLY the same, look at the pants and his coat for example.
- the artist would have to keep the TV screen's grain pattern intact. the same thing is true for the screen perspective, but that's rather easy.
- the artist would have to make changes to the selection screen that would make it suspicious (replacing voldo and astaroth and moving the 2P cursor over the screen so that pyrrha's in-game-model "card" is not yet loaded).
- usually, companies don't allow any artist to officially "interpret" their licensed characters. which is why the SW characters didn't have any drawn artwork in SCIV. a way to get around this would be to allow Takuji Kawano to use the licensed posture from the AC:B artwork and touch it up a little bit.
Either, Ezio's in for real or this is the best troll job in all recorded history.
because that's not their responsibility. If was fake why Namco and even more UBISOFT have'nt yet called it bullshit?
Doesn't matterbecause that's not their responsibility.
Bayonette would have been absolutely perfect for this game! :DWell, gone are my ridiculous hopes of Bayonetta. Not sure how I feel about Ezio - if this is not fake, of course. I love AC1 and 2, but the side stories of Ezio games are grinding my patience with that series. His style does fit, I suppose. I guess I just wanted a character that was a little more...imaginative.
Me as well :)If it's real, then all this information will be that I expected, but my dear Setsuka remains not yet appeared ... and something else, I saw that SCV will be released on January 31, 2012 ....I hope that this is true.....!!!!
Joukisan Namco Bandai holding epic #soulcaliburV press day today. I'm pumped! I just want to play the game ;-)
