New outfit is gorgeous, kinda wish he did a sexed up version for Tira like Ivy's one but hey, I'm happy out Bayonetta amaze balls design.
 
I like Ivy's. It's kindof a mashup of the concept art for SC4.
Tira's is very fitting, but I /really/ don't like the bangs. I really hope they give us an option to change the hair. OR! If they make it so the custom's shizz doesn't fall off as bad as it did in IV, it wouldn't be that bad to just use the other version. Either way..
 
Finally Tira looks as she should :D . I have mixed feelings about her 1P costume, it looks like mix between her previous costumes and these of Ivy. But her second costume is great, girly and crazy, like it should be.

this costume is just superb this is how good tira should have looked before,then again i loved her costumes before too
but the hair really is wierd, sorry to repeat about the hair lol but its true
 
CaS your best friend, I hope her previous hairstyles will be there (especially SCIV 1P one... Yummy!)

i like that raven black hair and it does look feathery too,i love it,i wonder how the long hair would look on tira i think in some cases like that it would be great
ive just thought tiras 2P reminds me of a harpy with the feathery outfit and the colours and then the hair which is a bit like a wing shape,thats what it makes me think,any link lol? ravens-bird harpies-evil bird type thingy,just a thought,waht do you think? i can see the sense to it now but its just too awful

Well if you like closely it's actually sort of feather esque that's why I think if they turned it brown and maybe dyed a strip of her bangs to math the feathers on her dress it would be the Perfect haircut or her and it's so unique it's perfect IMHO
