Maxi General Q&A

About SC2 Maxi he was only decent in the PAL version because of 3B+K:B change. He was low tier in any others versions, that's right.
I think Jag played the PAL version of Maxi haha
66A / 3B+K:B mixup
 
It's still LI B, the stance animation is the same.
When LI B land you're in LI again, so the combo is LI A or LI A:BE.

Yeah, i almost only played the Pal-version. But i did play the NTSC version of SCII Maxi at DTN´s place back then, so i KNOW! how it was to fight with him on high level in that version.

Maxi in SCII PAL is not only decent... He is really, really good because of the mix up you mentioned (66A/3B+K B).
 
Give him an auto gi that costs meter out of his psls make it activate very quickly and stay open for quite a few frames and catch all H M and Sm make it do enough damage to make people have to respect loops.
 
So, yet again, monkeys run the show in development. We don't want LI B[g] go return back to LI. People don't listen. Maxi has literally gone from great, good, par, subpar, to God only knows next. We already hit bottom. What's lower than the bottom?

There's no cancel to LI B in the game atm.

Can LI(B) be semi charged? like say Sieg's SCH B?

He already has an autoGI from psls, but it doesn't cost meter i think. Saitoh...confirm. What does it autoGI anyway?

Well that's another move that old Dustbuster got his wish on: An Amy-like auto GI. All mids eh? That should have people scared. Does it even auto GI kicks? If so, then that's some real ish!
 
i saw on the stream LI charged B and it crushed their guard then he got free LI B -> LI A. Is this only possible after a complete guard break or during any guard crush. Im thinking it was after a complete guard break though
 
That stream got me very excited is LO AK only guaranteed on CH or is it NC now?

Gaurd crush into LI is going to be very threatening if you can get as much damage off of the LI K CH stun as it looks like you can. and you can PSL back to LO for LO AK or if you have them shaking in there boots LI Fully charged B to keep beating on them and gaining meter.
