Edit: ok after watching a 2nd time, i noticed something about your throws, there's this slight forward movement everytime you attempt a throw, might seem like a small move, but somewhat obvious to the opponent, which is why your opponent ducked most of them, throws that connected (regardless hit or break) didn't come with that movement.
another thing is Throws are like your "freeze" button, you seem to do them when you totally stop
seems like ducking is a habitual thing, you can use that to your advantage, forward step aK is an evil option~
