3A (blocked at close range) punishment is extremely character dependant:
Soph,Cass,Taki,Kilik,Asta,Mina,Rock,Cervy can punish with i16.
Amy,Tira can only punish with i15
Liz,Setsu,Mitsu,X,Ivy,Talim can only punish with i14
Raph,Sieg,Maxi,Voldo,Yun,Yoshi,Zaz,Algol can only punish with i13
NM,Hilde cannot punish it at all

FC1B can whiff between your opponents legs (like Tira's 2A+B)

44B (at tip) into 6B+K can be extreamely difficult vs. certain characters making the string unpractical vs Setsuka or Hilde, and to a lesser extent vs. Mina,Maxi,Voldo,Mitsu,Soph,Cass,Yoshi,or Talim.

In all honesty, majority of those attacks I hardly use because of how unsafe they are. 3B and FC1B is about all I use out of the moves you listed. I'd imagine Sophie is a difficult matchup because of her abilitiy to punish, but not as dreadful as you make it seem.
 
Of course you shouldnt end the strings unless you can hitcheck them, but 120 Damage for a blocked FC1B is pretty sick...since FC1B is a Move that is very often used in mina Vids....i just posted it because i wanted to check whether she gets free 236236Bs, even when the pushback is pretty big....

You can't punish 6BB or 3B with 236236B:4, try it yourself. Theoretically the frame data says it should, but u're not going to be able to.

Anyone who's not lazy, please do impact data for 4A+B it's missing in the list.

Ok, tried again:

6BB: -Absolutely no Problem to punish from Closerange and from Max. Range. 236236B will always give the Tip Hit, so you can go for another 236236B:4 or just 236AA....for 100 free Damage:

3B: Hmmm....with some Training definetely no Problem. Close Range will give free 236236B:4, Max Range will even give 236236B~236236B:4.

I actually tested this stuff, 100% usable in real matches.
 
6BB is pretty easy to hitcheck. Then there's always 6BA. Which is pretty safe due to pushout.

3B is not exactly the easiest thing to punish on reaction either.

And I recommend you retest FC1B. I use it either at extreme range as a poke (but very rarely since if they expect it.) or as a pushout tool. You can't punish it when blocked at close range unless you're one of very few characters. The only one I can remember right now is Kilik with his FC3B.
 
Um, I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but what are the frames for Mina's taunt? When does the TJ become active/deactivate?
 
Id been looking into mina's tech crouches, since ive been real sick of getting thrown out of 2K, and it looks like we get royally boned in this regard and it further illustrates the irony of half the movelist being unnecessary TJs.

TC frames
8A+B: ~4-11
1A: 7-
66A: 10-
2K: 12- (yeah thats 3 frames before impact)

and it just gets worse to the point where its severely impractical to use the other things like 22K/2A+K/44A/6K for TCing purposes.

It also appears the only FC/WS moves that actually keep her crouched are FC 1B and WS A. I havent got the precision data on these but FC 1K seems to TC very fast, while FC A and FC K are practically standing.

8A+B is fast enough to use a TC on reaction, and is a nice hori-mid with knockdown, but the only prob is that it finishes TC before impact, so she can run head first into the opponent headfirst for CH
 
8A+B is actually quite a good TC, someday I'm gonna look into whatever strings it's fast enough to TC. It can TC Mina's AA for a start.

Hmm, 3bK is listed as i14 here but i15 in the wiki. Was it fully updated?
 
Sophie cannot punish cuz Sophie's 236B is i14. Sets can punish cuz jf version is i12-13. Regular version is i14.

3bK is i14....but it's HIGHLY dependant on speed input, i would say it's i15 for practical purposes.
Mina's WS K is i16. If it's i15 it would be able to punish her own 2A+B which i don't think it does. Besides i15 WS_FC attacks are VERY rare in this game, I think only Cass has one with 236B from crouch.
 
yeah i've heard that myth floating around as well. My tests NEVER have it as i13...ever. 6B+K is superior for punishment than WS K as you mentioned.
eg.
Block Sophie's 1K. 6B+K punishes, WS K punishes. I think ducked throws, that might be Mina's strongest punisher...which is pretty pitiful. Maybe you can get PG if u're like Jesus level. must test.
 
One thing I noticed, 1_3A+B at tip are both listed as KND on regular hit, which they aren't. I did some testing (I don't know how to test frame data, I'll explain how I did it in a minute.) and I'm pretty sure it's something like -4.

I had the CPU Mina set to use A(i19) after being hit by a 1_3 A+B at tip (no attack throw) and I tried out different moves to interrupt it. K interrupted, 4B interrupted, her A outsped mine, and when I tried 3bK, 6B+K, and 6AK, all i15, the attacks hit at the same time, both Mina's took damage. 6AK would weirdly outspeed the A occasionally, but not most times.
 
You mean on close hit? It's a knockdown, so it's pretty hard to test.

Unless you're looking for tech traps or something.

RV[1] what does that mean ?
It's written for 4 Mina's move but I cannot understand...

Can you explain this to me please ? THX.
 
Seems like impact frames, just with the range added on. It makes sense, but it could apply to most characters.
