all i can think is that i have somehow been unclear about the description, because i am doing this right now.
you need to be close to the victim.
mist 6b, held into relic
relic k, held into relic. the timing on this is quite strict, you want the kick to connect on the their back, underneath them. this will relaunch them a bit. if you go too soon you miss completely, if you go to late you kick them in the head or the ass and the combo is done. if it helps, you have to kick seemingly early, they kind of land on your leg.
relic a, held into mist. the timing on this is also strict, you want the relic a to hit them while they are at the same height as your head. the combo is 60 damage at this point.
mist 6b or mist 6bb. the first b is guaranteed. 70 to 73 damage at this point. if the second b hits it is 80 to 85 or so damage.
i don't know how to test for air control. right now i am trying the combo out against different members of the cast to make sure it isn't weird that way.

tested successfully against mitsu, nightmare, asta, and amy. i dont really want to spend the time trying this thing against everyone everywhere though. if it helps, the timing felt more forgiving against NM and asta.
tested, it is very air controllable.
