[09] Warrior
It looks like somewhere in Ezio's Villa being attacked or something.

Good speculation, but the scenery just seems so dark and destructive. :\Nice catch. There are definitely many elements present in AC scenery. We'll see if more stuff is revealed later. TBH, this stage is cool, although it wouldn't be as iconic as I would expect for Ezio's stage.
Apparently the stage is located in the territory of the Roman Empire and AC:B took place in Rome (the heart of the empire). If it is an AC stage, I doubt they'd explicitly say it is (ie they wouldn't simply call a stage they got from AC Rome). In AC:B the House of Borgia dominated Rome and after Ezio led them to their downfall, the city was liberated. That could be where the stage got it's name from; FREE Imperial City (the city is free from imperial rule) Old Quarters (used to be the base of operations/residence for the Borgia).http://www.4gamer.net/games/132/G013276/20111020089/
The stage is called Free Imperial City: Old Quarters. I think they will go for something more obvious for the AC stage... and it MUST have a hay stack or wagon somewhere XD
The Holy Roman Empire was centered around Germany and included only some parts of northern Italy, Rome was never part of it, nor Venice or Florence.Apparently the stage is located in the territory of the Roman Empire and AC:B took place in Rome (the heart of the empire). Also if you look VERY closely to the left, you can see a wooden platform hanging from a crane, which was often use to help jump from roof to roof. The wooden scaffold in the upper part of the image also seems akin to what was designed in Assassin's Creed.
But wasn't Rome the capital city of the Empire?

We seem to be talking about two different Empires lol. I don't want to get too off topic; there may of been a mistranslation with the google translate. But still from what I've seen, many features from the AC series are found in this stage.
Ok I might've made a mistake when I mentioned the empire. That's what showed when Google translated it and I'm not sure if that part of its description was accurate (it said the fires were started by someone but I'm not too sure if that's what happened). The name of the stage, however can be correlated with the events of AC:B (Ezio freeing Rome from the Borgia's control). That and seeing gameplay elements found in the series give me a good idea that this might be the AC stage. I don't know if it is, but I have reasons to believe so.Officially, the Roman Empire died out by the 5th century and the Holy Roman Empire - Germany as its capital - became dominate after Byzantine Empire fell apart. The Holy Roman Empire is really just the remains of what was once the Roman Empire.
