[Ohio] Class is now in session

Ragnarok: You got it my good sir. Ranbats at Arcade Legacy is tomorrow. SCV starts at the usual time at 4pm. It'll be a lot of fun as always. I'll see ya there tomorrow for sure Ryan.

Jonnitti: If I can get the money for the trip to ECT, I'll be there for sure.

Also, good games to Chamberjin (Micah), Skeez (Adam), & Combot (Kam) in Soul Calibur at Micah's place last night. It was great times as always getting in a nice, solid session.

Good luck to everyone at Console Combat on Sunday that is going. I wish I could go, but I gotta save the money for UFGT8 in Chicago next week. To all the peeps around where I live, I'll see ya guys tomorrow at AL for the ranbat.
 
Fun times as always at the Ranbats at AL yesterday. Got some good SCV going on for sure in our Round Robin. Congratulations to Ragnarok for winning the SCV Round Robin. The next Ranbat at AL should be fun as well & I look forward to it.
 
Thanks for the link Jay Shadow. I'm gonna do my best to try & make it to that Console Combat on June 24th. I'll post up when it gets closer to that tournament whether or not I'll be able to make it there or not. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to. I just got to make sure my funds are in order, & if they are, I'll be in there like swim wear.
 
Sp1d3r: We're still keeping that SCV going my good sir. Cincinnati & Cleveland are usually the places hopping for SCV events & tournaments. As Ragnarok mentioned, we have our last Ranbat for the spring season on June 9th. I also know that Console Combat will have their monthly taking place on June 24th. That's what's going on as far as SCV related stuff happening here in Ohio this month as far as I know.

Ragnarok: I was about to give ya a text tomorrow to remind ya that the last Ranbat at AL was this Saturday, but you're ahead of me on that one as I can see from your last post, so I'll catch ya then in about 5 days my good sir.

Also, I've been playing a lot of Pyrrha as of lately & having a blast rocking her out. There's some things I think I can tweak with her in terms of how I play her, but for the most part I feel like my play style with her is not too shabby, so I'll be busting her out a lot this Ranbat at AL to see how I do with her.
 
Astaroth: Thanks for the heads up on all the info there about MWC here in a few weeks Lee. I greatly appreciate it my good sir. I probably won't be able to go to MWC this year, which sucks, but if there's anything else going on in Nashville or the surrounding area later on this summer that's SCV related, I'll do my best to be there because it's always cool chilling with everyone & getting some games in from all my peeps I know from Tennessee, plus Nashville is an awesome city with a lot of things to check out down there...especially the lovely ladies that reside there. :D *thumbs up*

If anything else is happening there this summer, I'll be in there like swim wear.

Sadly, the mall holding our arcade is closing just a week after MWC, so we will probably be without a venue for the summer. It sucks losing the one place that's holding our mid TN group together. We'll bounce back, but it will certainly take time.

No shit! Damn, that really sucks. Do you have any idea what Jason (DreamTR) might do as far as maybe relocating Game Galaxy or anything along those lines Lee? That arcade was pretty awesome & I definitely do not want to see that go.

If that's the case, I'll definitely look into seeing what I can do about trying to make it to MWC then. I was originally gonna go to Console Combat that weekend if I could get the money together before the Friday of June 22nd, but since Game Galaxy is closing, I'll see if I can try to make it to MWC instead. Once again, all depends if my funds are in order by then.

As of now, the plan is to move it to Huntsville, Alabama. He's still looking for Nashville area locations though.
 
Huntsville, Alabama!? Damn, that's crazy! I hope he can find somewhere around Nashville b/c it's really beneficial for your guys' scene there to have the arcade there, plus I think Nashville is a great place for Game Galaxy to be at anyway, so here's hoping that DreamTR can find a place there around the area.
 
Good times at the Ranbat on Saturday at Arcade Legacy. It was a lot of fun getting in some Soul Calibur 5 against everyone. Congrats to Ragnarok for winning the SCV Ranbat. That concludes this Spring Season of the Ranbats at AL. I believe the next Ranbat Season will start up again sometime in September for the Fall Ranbat Season.

I'm not too sure if there's gonna be a whole lot going on for SCV at AL besides Rocket Punch 3 in the beginning of July. RP3 will be taking place during EVO weekend, so for those of us who couldn't afford the money to go to Vegas for that weekend, RP3 will be a lot cheaper to go to for sure. We'll have tournaments going on that Saturday, & the EVO stream up all weekend on the big projection screen at AL so you can check out all they EVO hype fairly easy at a great view. I'll be looking forward to RP3 & if you go, I will see you there for sure.
 
If anyone is heading to Cleveland for Console Combat tomorrow, I will see you there. Looking forward to getting a lot of good Soul Calibur 5 in...that's for damn sure.
 
totally missed playing you Sluch. don't even know if I met you lol. maybe some other time. gg to (most of) the michigan crew too. wish i had more time for casuals. too much business and almost bar fighting.
