If you turtle people start to show their pattern. I'm not saying that all of your options are turtling ones, i'm just giving you what worked for me. If all they like to do is aga then i'm comfortable with that since it does no guard damage. Just wait for the fuck up but once again i'm a turtle do that's what i'm comfortable with.
 
Tiamat! long time dude, IMO it would be hard to judge which one would be better, yes sieg has 3B, NM has 33B as well as a tracking mid from his stance that leads into a free stance K and dont be near the edge or wall when you get hit by it. As far as punishing goes sieg isnt really that much safer than NM. Sieg's jagA is better than NM's in the fact that it gives better advantage and NM's does absolutely no guard damage though it is a guard break but take it how you want. There is so much to argue about so I wont get into it.

yeah man I hope to play you sometime in SC5. didn't really go to tournaments for the most part in SC4 so I don't think I've played you since SC3. Sieg vs NM is always good fun
 
Yea man I def look forward to playing you again, was alot of fun playing against you then getting good advice on what to do against your character....though it didnt help me because I sucked back then lol. I should prove more of a challenge now =)
 
I've been really busy lately, and I haven't had a chance to respond and thank you guys for your great responses. Your opinions and advice were duly noted, and I appreciate all you've done to help me figure out my situation. Thanks guys, and good luck to all of my fellow Sieg users in SCV!
 
Punish Mitsu 3B consistently with a+k[A] SCHKK, then tell me you don't need to practice execution in this game, k? =P

they cant block the second kick or duck it?
a+k[A] is +16 on hit and SCH KK is NC - you tell me =P
Punishes close to 50 damage. The problem is its range to punish fully is much more limited than it looks and obviously, taking the time to learn to punish each move what with differing blockstun and the like. That said, I can punish Steve SF with Kaz EWGF in Tekken, which is a game that I suck at, so execution and punishing is kind of my thing, lol.

It's buffer-able :)

Oh i read that wrong, i confused the two moves, -_-

Thats easy..... I really like that moves.

Of course by sc standards its hard, but just like u said with tekken,i can punish moves like lee's ws23 with dvj ewgf, and thats a 3 input move, not like kazuya's f,d/f+2.

I'm really happy about the 66k change, did you see that? I wonder what's the new properties on that move.
