Just realized SC5 didn't have Soul Edge either, thought it did. I also feel like they're bland but looking back at SC5, they're roughly the same, perhaps even worse selection back then. I'm glad we got the flame looking one back (forgot the name)

Also the same gunsword for all weapons which is very disappointing. Hoped we'd at least get his 2P weapon from SCV. Maybe the gunsword will at least colour a little nicer in this game...

Is that all available in his own game, or are those made up for Soulcalibur? I've obviously never played any Witcher games.
By the way no one has seen Geralt's clothing available for CAS, right? I assume not since his clothes are not breakable. (game seriously lacks light armor options)

It seems to be that way, considering you purchase items in Libra of Soul and actual CaS/Museum with virtually the same money. You earn gold in LoS, convert to Soul Points, and then use those to purchase items in other modes.

It's not like he controls everything.
Money stuff is decided by Bamco, and DLC falls under "money stuff".
So yeah, I bet 50-80% of CaS DLC will be returning items, while other DLC would be collaborations.

I honestly dont care what parts are on DLC as long as its all good stuff, then i will buy it. Then again, i suppose it would be quite annoying to see the base game filled with a lot of crap i dont like and a lot of things i do charged extra.

Well, he didn't have Soul Edge in SoulCalibur, and only partially started reclaiming it in SoulCalibur II before losing it again after SoulCalibur IV, so it makes sense. At least they fixed the icon for Acheron in the main weapon. In SoulCalibur V, it bothered me how it had the purple taint on the icon and yet it wasn't present on the sword itself, only on the hidden ninth weapon that you couldn't unlock normally and only get with hex editing your save data.
