I hope design and atmosphere wise it will be more on the SC1 and 2 side and not like SC4/5, like something more close to Skyrim/Dark Souls than Animes.

I know it's a 'BANDAI' namco game, but i can hope right?

Same guy made a very similar leak some months ago (was even linked here) with very similar details. The stuff he said about SF ended up being false, and now he's just making up new stuff about SF. This seems obviously fake in a billion times anyway. What kind of sources does he have which are willing to share sure specific, confidential information about projects? How come he has so many? How come he doesn't even believe all of his own sources? How come his posting history is 99% about his own threads? How come the new thread trying to validate his leaks is from a poster with a post history of one and also has a multiple of sources sharing specific, confidential details they don't fully trust?

I think the closest we have to a leak about SC6 is this: https://clips.twitch.tv/HotYawningNeanderthalDxCat - Maximillian Dood met the narrator voice actor for SC games and the actor said he finished recording lines for SC6. I haven't watched much of Maximillian but I assume he's not the person to lie about something like this.

Well according to the leak i'd say Killik will be revealed in the first teaser. Sophitia isn't unlikely since she's fairly popular and Hoshino's favorite. As well as maybe Seig or Mitsu. Not sure about a new character being revealed from the start.

The leak only say the Kilik is in the game with his original style, that doesn't mean that he will show up in the trailer, but that would be cool though.

The fact he chooses to base the name on another "leak" instead of simply being honest and saying he doesn't know the name of the project makes it all the more suspect. It also gives a hint as to how he's compiling this information, which is looking at past leaks and rumours and mixing them together alongside some stuff he's making up. That way there's a chance he's right about some of the stuff he's saying, and then he can keep linking to that to make himself look credible.

Do you have a link to what Hayate and Runis said about this?

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to mention that Aris said he had been hearing about the game for some time. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/201300415 That one is especially hard to doubt, since he has definite ties to Namco (commentating for the tekken world tour, they paid him to stream tekken mobile).

Hmm... Well, if reputable members of the community are backing it up, that definitely makes it seem more credible. PSX isn't far off, so that'll be a clear way to tell if he's speaking nonsense or not.
 
I'm trying really hard not to get excited about this just in case it proves to be false, but yeah with so many people backing it up its hard not to get excited.
 
SC6 being work in progress is almost super guarantee sure thing at this point. And i may think that they're in a state where they can announce it already, if they won't announce SC6 by the end of the year i can suggest it's because of Tekken 7 being still new on console (released in June) and its Season Pass is still on the way, and also the Dragon Ball FighterZ release.

It may make the trash Game Awards formerly known as the VGAs worth watching. 2 chances are always better than one in the same week.
 
Now I'm back to leaning towards the guy talking complete nonsense. He's got one guy who told him about SC6. And then another guy who told him about SC6 on Switch and saying Link is the guest character. And then yet another guy who talked to him about SC6 who says a Fire Emblem character is the guest character. And despite the fact he's leaking all of this information (which is spreading to some big sites), some of these guys are still revealing new details to him.

If these people are legitimately leaking stuff to him, it's pretty weird they won't say with 100% certainty if the game will be at one of these shows. Companies make deals to show specific games at these shows months in advance.

This is probably just Geoff Keighley being bored one night writing silly stuff on an alternate account.
